The company does decent work but they have been unresponsive to our request to fix warranty related issues for over 3 years. We’ve sent emails, pictures and had phone calls. They have tried every excuse possible to avoid fixing the issue. And the issue is so small, it would take them literally 10 mins to fix. They have ignored us on purpose for 3 years to allow the warranty to run out. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will never do business with them again. The siding replacement cost too much to have to hassle back and forth. Spend your money with a company that respects you as a customer.

This company will not converse or quote anything besides the obvious roofing issue. They assume that you know that they will not deal with any holes left behind on your interior. Will not offer to quote you for that portion of the work. …

Thank you for your review, Mr. Diamantides. We are extremely happy that you are satisfied with the quoted work that you agreed to, the exterior roof repair. We regret that there was a misunderstanding about the scope of the work being requested. Although we did not originally know that you desired to have your ceiling fixed inside, we did offer to give you a quote for interior repair when you expressed your dissatisfaction that the work was not included. We are sorry for the original miscommunication. We would love the chance to discuss this further if you would like to contact us.

I've used Falcon exteriors for 2 separate projects. A few years ago they painted the exterior of my house. This week they re-roofed the same home. They're competitive on pricing, they show up on time, they did a great job both times. They are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them. Falcon Exteriors was used a few yrs. ago for a roofing issue. They did the job well & thru all the rains & tornadoes we've had, their work has held up. So this time, we had a different problem - a little leak by a vent. So I called …

Required gutters and downs be added to a steel building, and to match the trim color. Adding gutters to a steel building requires special attention, Falcon did an epic job. Perfect color match, and the installer was friendly and had a way to install and hide the straps, I was impressed. If you want to keep your business local, I recommend Falcon.
