Very ride and no work ethic!

Hello M. Parsons. We always try and do our very best as possible to finish on great terms with our customers. The quality of our service is very important for us. Can you please advise us you are talking on the behalf of what customer? We do not have your name in our customer list. We would like to go further into things and try and solve any issue that happened.

The work itself is exemplary, but as for the rest, it's awful! The service is terrible; sometimes I had to call to find out if they were even coming during the day because it was around noon. A job that was supposed to take 3-4 days has stretched into a month so far (and it's likely to drag on even longer!).

Hello Mr. Deschamps, please note that we have checked and confirmed that you are not a client of ours. We find it both amusing and strange that in your 1-star rating you still took the time to emphasize that we did an exemplary job. At Y. Laramée Roofing, we value quality workmanship and adhere to industry standards, and we believe that a construction company that cherishes this value today will have no shortage of work tomorrow. Your message appears to be an example of unfair competition, which is why your comment has been flagged. We take our client management seriously and tend to maintain good communication with our clients regarding the progress of our work. If we have inadvertently misinterpreted this situation and you are indeed bound by a contract with us through someone else, we sincerely apologize and invite you to contact us if there is anything we can do to better understand your situation and possibly find a solution to improve our services. Thank you.

Renaud was attentive and patient with my questions. He came to inspect the work once it was finished and, following my feedback, quickly dispatched his team to make a few minor adjustments, all within a very reasonable timeframe. On the day of installation, the roofing team worked hard, and overall, I found the work to be of good quality. I had to spend an hour or two cleaning my driveway to pick up screws and nails that had fallen on the ground, as well as gravel and leftover bitumen from the old roof. It wasn't ideal, but given the scale of the project, it's understandable. I recommend them.

A1 service from the initial quote to the completion of the work. Punctuality, friendliness, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. The quote was clear and well-explained. There was an issue with my roof from a previous roofer. They still offered their support, which was greatly appreciated. They made every effort to prevent water damage. "Yvon and Mathieu" are very responsive to messages and have excellent communication. I recommend this Quebec family business without hesitation. Impeccable reputation. Danyèle (Verdun)

I've used this contractor on more than one occasion – for different properties, of course :). I've always been completely satisfied with the work done, the adherence to deadlines, the well-managed teams, and the excellent advice I received.

Highly efficient and fast professional service, plus impeccable workmanship. After Storm Debby, thanks to CAA, we found the roofer we wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the entire friendly team at Y. Laramée!
