  A crucial clarification is necessary to set the record straight for the public. We did not replace your roof, which would have been covered under warranty. We performed maintenance on your roof by clearing your drain, which was clogged with leaves. This resolved your problem in the short term. However, as our estimator mentioned, leaves will continue to clog your drain over time. Therefore, regular maintenance is required, not a single, permanent cleaning.

However, we encourage you to check if your manufacturer's warranty is still valid. Sometimes, the materials may be defective. Given Quebec's temperatures, we recommend biannual maintenance for all roofs to preserve their lifespan, as damage can occur prematurely without it.   Customer service leaves a lot to be desired... I called three times to get a quote for roof repairs...never a return call...I know I wasn't working the best paying job of the summer, but a simple return call, which can take, what, 32 seconds?, would have been enough for me! I definitely don't recommend them...

  I left a message at 6:00 a.m. about a water leak that had just appeared in the roof. Toitures Phénix called me back at 9:00 a.m., and at 10:15 a.m., a representative from the company arrived at my house. By 1:00 p.m., everything was repaired, and it was done with good humor and courtesy. Hats off to them! It's hard to find contractors like that these days!
