Dale did an excellent job helping us with our roofing project from the first inspection through the final walkthrough. He guided us through every step, including the initial consultation, shingle color selection, and final paperwork, and made the whole process easy to understand. Communication was strong the entire time, and we were kept updated throughout the job. He checked in several times during the roof installation and came back after completion to make sure everything looked right and that the cleanup was done well. We really appreciated his support, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our new roof looks great, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. We would gladly recommend this roofing team to friends and family.

We compared several roofing quotes and chose this roofer, and i am really glad we did. They offered one of the best prices for the quality shingles we wanted, and the value stood out right away. roger, the owner, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Since this was my first full roof replacement, i had a lot of questions about the shingles, underlayment, ventilation, and the overall installation process. roger always made time to answer everything clearly and gave detailed, helpful information. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the job site tidy, and finished the roof the same day. The finished work looks great, and we are very happy with the new roof and the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a new roof or shingle replacement.

Choosing Xylo Fix Roofers for our gutter and roofing drainage work was one of the best decisions we made. The new gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards were top quality, and the whole job went smoothly from the first inspection to the final cleanup. Roger was easy to work with, explained the gutter system clearly, and helped us get a fair price for the work. The crew finished the installation quickly, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything matched the roofline well. The completed system looks clean, works great, and should handle rain runoff exactly the way it should. It also gave us more confidence that our roof edges, fascia, and drainage are better protected. We have a lot of good things to say about the service and would gladly recommend them for gutter work and related roofing needs. The workmanship is solid, and their focus on customer satisfaction is genuine.

Wow! That is all I can say about Roger and the roofing crew. I called about a roof leak, and Roger got back to me right away and was able to inspect it the same day. He found that an earlier repair in that area had not been done the right …

We contacted several roofers for estimates on a full roof replacement after storm damage, and Xylo Fix Roofers was the only one that stayed on top of the whole quoting process and truly earned our business. Zachary inspected the roof carefully, found a few other problem areas besides the storm-related damage, and explained everything in simple terms so we knew what needed attention. A big advantage was their ability to form the metal roofing panels on site, which helped reduce waste and kept the project moving without delays waiting on materials. The crew was professional, organized, and very clean from start to finish. It was impressive to watch how naturally they handled the tear-off, prep work, flashing, and installation like a skilled roofing team that does quality work every day. They replaced our old 3-tab shingle roof with a 24-gauge Galvalume metal roof on our small ranch-style home in Campbell, and they finished the job in just one day. The new roof looks great, feels solid, and gave us confidence that the home is much better protected from sun, wind, and future weather.

Xylo Fix Roofers did an excellent job with a thorough roof damage inspection and a complete roof repair. We also had major indoor damage from a roof leak that stained and damaged the bedroom ceiling. The crew handled the roofing work professionally and also repaired the interior ceiling area and installed a new ceiling fan, which made the whole project much easier for us. They explained the repair process clearly, showed strong attention to detail, and made sure everything was sealed and finished properly. My husband and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, reroofing, leak repair, or a new roof installation. The before and after results of the interior repairs and roofing work looked great.

I hired Xylo Fix Roofers to apply a silicone coating on a large flat commercial office roof in Campbell. The project was a great experience from start to finish. At first, there was a bit of confusion when we noticed some unusual wear on the new coating, but Roger figured out that birds were actually pecking at the roof to gather nesting materials! We were all puzzled at first, but Roger worked closely with the manufacturer to find out what was happening and quickly came up with a solution. While working on the roof, Roger also helped diagnose and fix a couple of leaks we had coming from a screen wall and an old HVAC unit. He handled those repairs without charging extra, which I really appreciated. One thing that stands out about Xylo Fix Roofers is their personal touch—you can tell it's a family-run business. Roger takes pride in his work and really cares about making sure you’re happy. Even though he’s busy managing a lot of jobs, he made time to listen and address any concerns I had. I will definitely call them again for any future roofing needs.

When the roof on our house started leaking, we weren’t sure what to do or who to call. Our insurance company didn’t offer much support, and the local codes office didn’t help either. Even though our home was fairly new, we suddenly had to deal with a roofing problem we never expected. Luckily, we got a recommendation for a reliable roofing company. Roger came out to take a look at our roof and gave us straightforward, honest advice about all the options available. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms, which really helped us feel confident about what to do next. Roger and his crew handled the roof replacement with care and professionalism, and the quality of their work really shows. Now, we have a new roof over our heads that we trust will last for years to come, especially with the hot California sun. The peace of mind we have from this quality job is something we truly appreciate. We highly recommend this roofing team to anyone in need of roof repairs or a new roof.
