Wish I could put zero star for this company. We hired Woodpecker Roofing Company about five years ago to replace our roof. Unfortunately, we have had a very disappointing experience. Over the following years, we experienced repeated water leaks, moisture etc. After contacting Annie Liu, she claim that their job is professionally perfect and she reffered us to some of her friends and her brother . They charged us to fix the issue that never happened ( not rectified) and got even worse. When we eventually hired another roofing professional to inspect the roof, we were told that the proper underlayment and other necessary layers had not been installed. We were also told that the wood underneath the roof had suffered significant moisture damage and deterioration. We had to have the damaged wood removed and the roof rebuilt properly, which resulted in a very significant additional expense for us. This review is based on our personal experience. We strongly recommend that homeowners carefully check the quality of the roofing materials and ensure that all necessary layers are properly installed before hiring a contractor.

Woodpecker Roofing did an amazing job on my cottage roof. They came all the way to Bracebridge to assess my roofing needs and gave me a very good price. Annie answered all my questions and was appreciative of my business. She brought new life to my 1948 cottage and the 3 installers worked efficiently from morning to night to bring me a new roof is beautiful.
