Very professional and reliable company. They explained the process clearly, gave us a fair price, and delivered exactly what they promised. The roof is solid, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Andy is my main contact with Sparkle Roofing. My father-in-law changed their roof in 2023 in Oakville, and he had a great experience working with Sparkle Roofing. The next summer, we decided to use them. Andy was easy to work with. Communication and workmanship was great. He came on the expected day. The price was reasonable and comparable with other companies we quoted. There was no fuss. The whole team was efficient and changed our roof within 1 day. One evening in 2025, I noted a very small piece of my shingle on my driveway and got concerned. I called Andy, but he had missed the call. To my surprise, he reached back to us, to ask if we had concerns. At the time that we spoke, I hadn’t taken a photo of the shingle that I found. We had plans for the weekend so I wasn’t home to show Andy what I found via text. We did inform Andy that it was a small piece. Looking at our roof, no piece was obviously missing. Without requesting, Andy came to our house and took time to inspect our roof and surroundings. Later, we found out that it was likely just loose debris from the installation that had gotten stuck in the gutters. Andy’s actions speak volumes about how they take pride in their workmanship. I was concerned that he would just ignore my call as the sale is done. Some companies sell their guarantee at the beginning of the project and ignore you when issues arise, but not Sparkle Roofing. Andy reassured us so contact us if any other issues arise. I am truly thankful for their care, expertise and workmanship. I definitely recommend them to my family members and close friends. Even as an old costumer, whose deal has been done, they entertained my questions and concerns which is hard to find.

My Wife and I were very pleased with their work. It's perfect, couldn't be better. Very steep victorian style roof. Andrew and his team did a neat and thorough job. They are first on my list for any future roofing jobs, big or small.
