Called to set up an appointment for maintenance work on my roof, which they agreed to. The day of, someone called to check what needed to be done, I said maintenance work, and they seemed confused. They ended not canceling, but just not showing up. When I called an hour after the appointment, they said they didn't do maintenance work. Waste of time.

Called this company they said to text them my address and they would be out that day to look at a chimney flashing that needs repair. No call back and did not show up.
