We hired Winter Garden Roof Repair for a full roof replacement, new attic skylights, and to update our shingled dormers with fresh siding. We compared a few roofing quotes, and they gave us the best mix of solid workmanship, fair pricing, and quality materials. Raymond took plenty of time to walk us through the roofing process, explain the options, and answer all of our questions before the work started. As new homeowners, we really valued the guidance and roofing knowledge since this was all new to us. The crew was professional, the project moved along smoothly, and the finished roof, skylights, and dormers look great. Everything feels stronger, cleaner, and much more updated, and we would gladly recommend them for any roof repair or roofing replacement needs in Winter Garden.

Excellent work from the roofing team, and I highly recommend them. From the first call to the final cleanup, everyone I spoke with was professional, skilled, and easy to work with. I had a standing seam metal roof installed with concealed fasteners, clip system attachment, and a Kynar coated finish. I got estimates from several roofers, but this team was the only one that really understood the roofing system I wanted and priced it correctly. Other roof quotes used the wrong materials, the wrong gauge, no proper coating, or the wrong attachment method, so the pricing was all over the place. Even after I explained what I wanted, most of them still missed important details. It seemed like those companies only did metal roofing once in a while and did not fully know the product. This crew clearly knows metal roof installation and fabrication. They make many of the roof components themselves instead of just ordering standard prefab parts, which gave me a lot more confidence in the quality and fit. Because of the Florida heat, sun, and heavy rain, I wanted a durable roofing system that would hold up well and perform the way it should. They took the time to show me the exact roof materials and profile I was looking for, explained why they were the right choice, and delivered a high quality finished roof. Raymond and the crew did a great job.

We are very happy with how our new replacement roof turned out. elias, harold, and the crew worked hard through the seasonal rain and warm florida weather in Winter Garden to finish the job. The quoted price was exactly what we paid, and …

i have relied on this roofing company for years for both my own home and my clients in Winter Garden. They have handled full roof replacements, roof repairs, and leak work with great results. Most recently, i needed a repair on my own roof after a leak showed up around some troublesome skylights. I also had a client in Winter Garden who noticed a fast leak after strong Florida storms and heavy rain. Instead of pushing for a full new roof because of age, raymond quickly found the exact problem after climbing several stories and reaching a steep roof peak, then completed the repair the right way. Their roofing knowledge, fast response, and honest recommendations made the whole process easy. my clients were very happy, and that makes me feel confident using them again for roofing services.

This was my first time having my house re-roofed, and i’m really glad i chose a roofing crew for the job. The customer service was super friendly and easy to work with. They came out the same day i called to do an estimate, and the pricing was even lower than what the insurance adjuster had listed. When the roofers arrived, they finished the full shingle tear-off and roof replacement in about a day and a half, even with 3 layers of old shingles to remove. Miguel and the crew worked efficiently, kept everything organized, and did an excellent cleanup when the job was done. You could hardly tell they had been there except for the strong, great-looking new roof. They also understood the needs of homes in Winter Garden, making sure the roofing work was solid and ready for the Florida heat, rain, and storms.

keith came out soon after we bought our home and inspected our roof. i thought it was very nice of him to stop by on short notice even with a full schedule. he took clear photos and sent them to me, which really helped me understand the condition of the shingles and flashing. he explained both the short term and long term needs of our roofing system and what we could expect over time from this type of shingle roof in the florida heat and heavy rain. a few weeks later, i called again after finding a small hole in the roof that was letting in water. keith had raymond come out the same day to check everything. i really appreciated the quick response because roof leaks can get worse fast during storm season. we had a small communication mix-up, but keith called me directly, cleared it up, and made sure everything was handled the right way. even though it was not an emergency, raymond came back the very next morning to repair the damaged area. raymond and his partner did excellent work on a very hot day. they sealed the leak, fixed the problem area, and made sure the roof was in good shape. the price was fair, the service was professional, and the whole process felt honest and straightforward. i will definitely call them again for any roof repair, maintenance, or future roof replacement. they really went the extra mile.

We had squirrels getting into the attic through damaged roofline areas, and every night we could hear them chewing around the house. After a friend’s recommendation, I called Winter Garden Roof Repair for help with the fascia, soffit, frieze board, and porch roof trim on the upper level. It took a little time to get the job moving, but once the crew got started, they worked quickly and finished the main roofing and exterior wood trim repairs in just two days. They also came back the next day to handle the small amount of caulking and seal up the remaining gaps. Everything looks clean, solid, and very well done, and the home is much better protected from pests and weather in the Florida heat and rain. Best of all, the squirrels can no longer get into the attic. I would definitely use them again.
