i have used this roofing company for two homes in Orlando, along with a roof and wall extension on a tall storage building. both homes are older, so i wanted a contractor who understood reroof work, soffit, fascia, and gutter details. ross was quick with the estimate and clearly explained what was included and what was not, so i could plan ahead without surprises. both times, the crew arrived prepared and ready to start. brendan also gave plenty of notice if weather caused any schedule changes, which was very helpful in Florida where rain can move in fast. the roof installations were finished in about a day, and the soffit, fascia, and gutter work on one home was completed quickly and neatly as well. herbert made a point of asking for feedback after each roofing job and wanted me to inspect everything at the end. he also let me know they would return if anything needed attention later. during the first project, i was out of the country, and my wife felt comfortable because the pricing was fair and the work was handled honestly and professionally. one roof has been in place for quite a while and the other for several months, and both have performed very well with no problems. the storage building addition also looks solid and well built, with the same level of roofing quality and workmanship. i am very pleased with the price, communication, cleanup, and overall results, and i would gladly recommend them and hire them again.

I highly recommend Garcia & Sons Roofing Company. I used their roofing service twice after strong windstorms to replace blown-off shingles, and both times I got a clear, detailed estimate with a professional explanation of the roof repair …

Garcia & Sons Roofing Company gave me a fair quote, and my reroof with a full double-layer shingle tear-off was finished in just a few days. I was very impressed with Brendan and the crew because they worked hard, stayed organized, and kept the property clean by picking up roofing scraps and nails throughout the job. The warranty paperwork arrived quickly, and the wind mitigation inspection was also scheduled right away. The whole roofing project was smooth from start to finish, which meant a lot to me since my mother had to go to the ER during that time. I was worried I might need to deal with problems, but there was no need because Herbert, the project manager, handled everything from beginning to end and stayed in touch with regular updates. In the Orlando heat and rainy weather, it was reassuring to have a roofing team that stayed on schedule and paid attention to every detail. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, helpful, and very organized, and the new roof looks great.

We contacted Garcia & Sons Roofing Company about replacing the roof and gutters on our home and garage in Orlando. The estimate came back quickly, the pricing was fair, and the whole process was easy to understand from the start. When the project began, Herbert and the crew tore off the old roofing and installed new shingles on both the house and garage in almost one day, which was impressive considering the size of the job. The gutter team came right after and completed the new gutter installation the next day. Everything looks excellent now, and both crews did a great job with cleanup when the work was finished. They also improved the roof ventilation at no extra charge, which is a big help in Florida heat and for overall attic airflow. The workmanship, speed, and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend for roofing and gutter work.

Garcia & Sons Roofing Company had a hardworking roofing crew that stayed on the job each day and kept the project moving smoothly. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, and professional from start to finish. There was a small mix-up about part of the roofing work, but the owner came out quickly, cleared everything up, and had the job back on track within a short time. We had originally picked a certain shingle color and style, and later found out that option was no longer available, but they explained it well and helped with another good choice that still looked great on the roof. Considering everything, it was a positive experience. The roofers, office staff, and owner were all helpful, responsive, and easy to work with, and the new roof turned out well.

i had a roof leak and called Garcia & Sons Roofing Company, and they showed up in about an hour and a half. brendan checked the attic and then got up on the roof to inspect everything. they clearly explained what they thought was causing the issue and took care of the repair the same visit. they were polite, knowledgeable, and very fast with the roofing work. the repair was $350 and finished in about an hour, which felt fair for the service. later i also needed chimney flashing and masonry work tied into the roof system. ross came out the next morning around 9am and handled the job without delay. they repointed about 6 feet of chimney and made sure the area around the roof line was sealed up properly for the hot, rainy weather. the whole job was done in about 3 hours, and the experience was smooth and professional from start to finish.

I had my roof replaced and I’m completely happy with the final result. I’m still impressed by the before-and-after photos because the difference is huge. The crew did a great job from start to finish, and the whole roofing project was handled with solid workmanship, fair pricing, and fast service. The estimate took a little time and email replies were not always immediate, but everything was worth it once the work got going. The quote was very reasonable, the cost stayed exactly as explained, and there were no surprise charges at all. They clearly went over the roofing materials ahead of time and recommended shingles that matched what I wanted, with better wind resistance and long-term durability, which is especially important in Florida weather. The new roof looks excellent, and you can tell quality materials were used. The installation moved quickly, the cleanup was done well, and the finished roof really improved the look of the home. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would absolutely rate the roofing service 10/10.

When our old composition roof started failing almost overnight, we asked friends, neighbors, and coworkers for advice on a reliable roofing company. The name we heard most often was Garcia & Sons Roofing Company, so we reached out and spoke with Brendan, who answered our questions right away and provided a clear estimate the very next day. The whole process was straightforward and easy. There was no pushy sales talk, no confusion, and no wasted time. They followed through on everything they promised. With a short stretch of good weather and the usual Florida heat to work around, the crew still managed to complete the reroof in impressive time without cutting corners. The roofing crew showed up on time each day, worked hard from start to finish, and stayed focused on quality workmanship. They clearly cared about doing the job right, from removing the old shingles to installing the new roofing materials carefully and neatly. Everyone was polite, respectful, and kept us updated throughout the project, which made the entire experience much less stressful. When the work was finished, the property was left so clean it barely looked like a roofing crew had been there, except now the roof no longer leaks and everything looks solid and professionally done. It is rare to find this level of honesty, skill, communication, and cleanup in the roofing industry, and we are very pleased with the results.

We are very happy with our roofing experience. Ross came out for the estimate, explained the roofing options clearly, and was a real help throughout the process. The crew was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They kept the job site organized, cleaned up every bit of roofing debris from our large yard, and were very patient with our energetic dog who kept wanting to supervise. Our new metal roof looks fantastic and has already made a big difference during Florida storms. The sound reduction during heavy rain, thunder, and strong wind is amazing, and the whole roof system feels solid and well installed. The workmanship, cleanup, communication, and overall service were all excellent. We would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing a roof replacement or new metal roofing.
