During a loft renovation project, we discovered the existing roof structure needed reinforcement along with improved insulation and ventilation. Williamsburg Roofing Contractor handled a full roof inspection and recommended a complete flat roof upgrade with waterproof membrane installation. They also repaired chimney flashing, replaced damaged decking sections, and installed new skylights for better natural light. The crew worked efficiently, followed safety standards, and kept the site organized. The finished roof system looks modern and performs excellently. Ideal for roof replacement and structural upgrades.
