They did my roof on my multifamily, phenomenal work and great price but most important they will answer the phone if there is a problem. Very professional and great social skills. They went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with the end result.

I’m so glad we found Jon and his team at Big Apple Renovators to replace my parents’ roof. I contacted several contractors for estimates, but Jon stood out right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to patiently explain every step of the process to both me and my parents, making sure we felt comfortable and informed. The crew was highly skilled and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. My parents are thrilled with their new roof, and I highly recommend Jon and the team at Big Apple Renovators to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional roofing services.

I cannot recommend Big Apple Renovators more. Working with Freddy was a pleasure. He and his team were professional, punctual, and provided an unbeatable price. I had a leak through my roof that my HOW would not touch and that multiple contractors quoted me extremely high prices to repair. Freddy came out on a Sunday to evaluate and had his team ready to fix the issue within a week. His team was able to fix the leak in a couple hours and it has not leaked since. I genuinely think Big Apple is the best roofing contractor in NYC and will be recommending them to all my friends.
