Very disappointed. Wildwood roofing &construction changed my roof and gutter cover 3-4 years ago. I noticed leaky between my roof and gutter. I suspect this is a flashing problem. I started to call they since Feb, and kept following up every month. Overall, I called them 4-5 times. They said they reported my problem to warranty team, but no one had ever contact me. They don't want to even take a look. They took my money: $10K for roof, $5k for gutter cover, but provide 0 warranty.

We have been dealing with this insurance restoration project for well over a year, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Throughout the project, important items were repeatedly left off the insurance supplements, requiring multiple resubmissions and causing unnecessary delays. There were also long periods where no work was being done, communication was poor, and it was difficult to get updates or even reach someone who could explain what was happening. The siding was installed incorrectly and actually began falling off, so it had to be removed and reinstalled. Other areas of the siding also had to be repaired because of installation issues. Construction materials sat in our yard for more than six months, damaging our grass while the project remained at a standstill. The biggest disappointment has been the windows. For months, we were told they would be installed as part of this project. Now, after all this time, we've been told they cannot complete the installation because the framing needs to be redone. Had we been informed of that from the beginning, we could have hired another contractor months ago instead of waiting. We had the insurance funds available and even opened a separate bank account specifically for this project, yet the work continued to drag on. Our home has looked unfinished for over a year, and the repeated mistakes, delays, lack of communication, and broken promises have caused our family a great deal of stress. I want to be fair, and if the company completes the remaining work properly, communicates consistently, and follows through, I'm willing to update or revise this review to reflect that. However, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend this company. As you can see we are not the only ones. The company has drastically gone down the you know what!

Never use Wildwood Roofing. They replaced my roof, siding and gutters a few years ago. They did a fine job on the roof. The siding was OK, but I have a number of indentations on the inside walls because they used screws that were too long. The crew does not speak English. Only one person spoke it barely. They completely screwed up my gutters. They are not sloped correctly. Water keeps overflowing the gutters next to my house because water just sits and does not drain. I don’t think I noticed before because I was busy and we have had quite a bit of rain this spring and summer. Do NOT choose this company for your roof or siding. There are many better options.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. We had our siding redone by them about 4 years ago and it was a good experience. But recently had storm damage to our house and garage, so we decided to call Wildwood again. The communication has been absolutely horrible, no heads up about when material is being dropped off or when the jobs are supposed to start until the day workers show up. They finished replacing our roof and siding on the house, but we have been waiting months since those jobs to have finished to have the garage done. There has been no communication about why the garage is taking so long or when the job is even meant to be done. We’ve reached out multiple times and all we get is platitudes and no solid answer as to when they are going to complete the work that they’re meant to. Wildwood has now contacted our insurance stating that they completed all the contracted work and to release the final funds and we are being threatened with interest if we don’t pay them within a week even though THEY HAVE NOT COMPLETED ALL CONTRACTED WORK. Highly recommend finding a different company to do any sort of storm damage repair.

I’ve never left a bad review before, and have always tried to work things out with service based companies because mistakes inevitably happen. My experience with Wildwood Roofing & Construction (ongoing) has been beyond horrible and the only communication I ever receive is to settle up a bill I was owed (grossly underpaid) for property damages. From signing a contract, I was told siding & roof would take no more than 6 weeks. My roof took 12+ weeks and they splintered the subframe/plywood underlayment beyond what would be acceptable (3rd party verified). They failed to replace gutters and incorrectly installed guards causing water to pour directly onto my foundation causing water in my newly finished basement. (I had three separate reputable companies verify from videos and on-site analysis) it was only when I threatened a bad review, did they send someone out. They haphazardly tore out some flooring which had made my home smell horrible, not to mention the health hazards of mold, especially for my newborn child. They also damaged walls ceiling, a light and a cherry wood poster bed frame that has been in our family for generations. It took 12 weeks for my basement to be put back together, and i ended up doing some work myself just to make it liveable. From there it took another nearly 3 months for the siding to be scheduled. I kept getting the old “it’s on back order” it never actually got ordered. On the day of install, it was the wrong style, and oddly enough- the very next day the correct material was delivered (so much for nearly 6mos of back order). The crew could not speak English ( which was okay) I provided a nice lunch and gatorades for lunch everyday btw. and the “supervisor” ghosted me until I called the office several times just for them to come back and touch up some very poorly cut pieces and items that had fallen out. The corners on early every window are rough. About 60-70% of homes in my neighborhood had work done and ours looks the worst upon

WILDWOOD ROOFING replaced our roof the first of 2025. We noticed a leak in our roof a couple of months ago. It is now June of 2026. I have been trying the last three weeks to get someone to come look at it. I have called them and I went in person to the office on OLD STATE RD. with NO RESPONCE at all. I AM DONE!!! I am calling someone else.

If I could rate with no stars, I would. STAY AWAY from Wildwood Roofing. We worked with them to address a leak in our roof. It took two years of back and forth to put a plan of repair together. They told us not only did we need a new roof, but new siding too due to previous material installation errors. We were pressured into signing a contract because the seller wanted to meet his monthly quota to get his bonus (yes, he actually told us that and we have it on record). We eventually agreed to follow the plan they suggested in order to address the leak. In Oct 2025 they installed the WRONG roof. The roof was the wrong color and material that was agreed too. A panel of our new siding is currently FALLING OFF our home. And the leak… STILL LEAKED days after the job was “done.” When trying to resolve these issues, they admitted to making a mistake on the roof, and said the guy who set the plan in place to address the leak told us the wrong plan of action. For seven months after the failed install we were still asking for them to fix outstanding issues and they said there was nothing they could do. We got fed up and finally asked for a generous discount off our $24k bill. They took off $1100. Now, we still have the wrong roof, siding falling off our home, and a leak that was never fully addressed. Now, Wildwood Roofing is $23k richer.

*** Not A Local Company any more sold out to private equity*** Gutters have to all be replaced and in damage to siding and soffits with no resolution. I tried to meet with/ speak with owners ship management and employees multiple time no one would speak to me and then they just placed a lien for unpaid balance and no resolution. While Wildwood Roofing did a good job on the actual roofing, their customer care was severely lacking. From the beginning, communication was an issue. I made it clear upfront that our business would be open during the installation, and I was assured they would be mindful of our guests by not throwing roofing and gutter materials near the front entrance. Unfortunately, this wasn’t communicated to the crew. Despite multiple calls to address the issue, nothing changed. Materials continued to be thrown into walkways, creating hazards for our guests. There was also a language barrier with the on-site crew, which made addressing the issues difficult. To make matters worse, I received no call-backs from customer service or management. After my seventh call, I was told, ‘Well, it’s over now, and your roof looks good, so what’s the issue?’ This dismissive attitude was incredibly frustrating. The guest experience was awful throughout the entire process. For example, I received an email requesting my deposit payment two weeks after my check had already cleared. The crew also showed up late for the job and had to reschedule twice. Not to mention, there was damage to my siding, and materials were left outside for two weeks without being picked up. I felt like I was being gaslit throughout this experience—there was constant bait-and-switch from the sales team. They overpromised and severely under-delivered on expectations. The roof is good, but the gutters are just ‘ok.’ If you’re just looking for a functional roof, Wildwood Roofing can deliver. But if you expect respect for your property and genuine customer care, I’d look elsewhere Update . . . Un

At the end of the day our goal is to make the customer happy and provide quality work that is backed up by a best-in-class warranty. Since we’re human, sometimes mistakes happen, but we always own up to those and do the right thing. When you complete thousands of installs, you deal with all types of people. Eventually you come across a handful of customers that are unreasonable and disrespectful. Unfortunately, that seems to be the case here. Here are the facts: Materials: Tearing off a 120+ year old roof is messy – there’s no way around it. This roof was very steep, so to keep our crew safe, there are only so many places debris can go. The building originally had antique tin shingles. The customer asked if it was possible to set aside the tin for her to re-use on some other project. We accommodated that request, but in doing so, it limited where the crew could dispose of the tin and the remaining debris. Furthermore, when trying to accommodate the business hours, we recommended that she have her clients use front vs rear entrances depending on which side our crew was working. This recommendation was ignored. Damage: There is one section of siding that was damaged during the install – where the gutter ties into the siding. This was an unusual set-up that required reusing irregularly cut siding material that was 10-20 years old. Nonetheless, we accept responsibility for that and have already communicated to the customer that it will be fixed (prior to her review). The remaining photos included in the review show rotted soffit & fascia and some bent & sagging siding that was pre-existing. We have photo documentation of the pre-existing damage. As a sign of good faith we replaced over 100 feet of rotted fascia at no additional charge. Scheduling: Because this job site was a working business, the customer stipulated that installation could only occur on Mondays and Tuesdays. We accommodated this request. Yet, in doing so, it created a major scheduling constrain

We had a great experience with Wildwood Roofing for our skylights, but our gutter experience was not so great. Their communication with us was very poor. Three times they just showed up without notice. Also, they completed the work before I could approve any changes. I was unhappy with the position of a gutter and I am still waiting for someone to text me/call me to come back and finally install it.

Customer service is terrible and workmanship just a little better. The crew was polite that did our roof but their craftsmanship for the drip edge was terrible and had to have them come out and redo the work. Getting hold of our salesman at times was just unbelievable. There would be weeks that I would call and message him and never get a response. My final bill was sent 6 months after the work was done and had to have them recheck the depreciation amounts a couple times through the insurance company to adjust the amounts that were sent to me.

They do not stand by the referral policy that they tell you about.I have been waiting for a referral check since the summer. They don't stand behind the warranty they give you. They will screw up something on your house and never come out to fix what they screwed up. They will quote you one price and at the end of the job it's another price. You can never get a hold of anyone when you call them. You leave a message and no return calls. I would use them again even if they offered free service. They are the wirt roofing company by far than any others that I have use.

I would not recommend this company, unless you want nothing but a ton of run arounds. We originally had our roof replaced, which they got insurance to cover, great! Mostly that went off without too many problems. (Except they did damage my neighbors siding a tiny bit.) I’m grateful to have also had my siding replaced by my insurance, but now wish I’d used another company. During the siding job, they left our very old wood house exposed multiple times during rain and bad weather. (I’m talking siding off and no weather barrier.) We had awnings removed to update the look of the house, and were told they’d be disposed of, but yet here they still sit in our backyard. It took months to have them fix some lighting issues and electrical problems they caused also. It’s now going on 5 months the siding has been done, and our windows are still exposed. They have not wrapped them. They damaged our front porch and a new window we had just had installed before the siding was done. Now they’re asking for the rest of payment, when our windows aren’t wrapped. The job isn’t finished. It’s absolutely ridiculous the way this company works. Nothing but headaches. Save your time and use a reputable company. This one might have been great years ago, when it was family owned, but it was bought by a big conglomerate of companies, and it’s terrible.

I’ve been dealing with Wildwood Roofing for the past three years trying to get them to fix a roof they installed just four years ago. The installation was clearly faulty—shingles have been falling off in multiple spots, which should never happen on a relatively new roof. I’ve filed a BBB complaint and even have written confirmation from them acknowledging the issue and stating they would replace major sections of the roof. Despite that, they still haven’t followed through or contacted me to schedule the repairs. In my most recent attempt that hasn't been resolved, I’ve spent 4–5 months chasing them just to get a response. While they seem willing to install new roofs, don’t expect reliable support or accountability if something goes wrong with their work.

This is my first negative google review and it pains me to post it, but I've tried everything I could do with the company directly and I feel like this is the only way to potentially prevent this from happening to someone else. About 2 years ago, we hired Wildwood Roofing & Construction to make updates to our roof, siding, including, gutters, soffit, fascia, front porch posts, etc. - it was not a small job. The work was amazing and we get so many compliments on the outcome. Here is where it goes terribly south. Last spring, one of the storms ripped off pieces of the fascia above our garage. I let it go for a bit because birds made a nest and I felt bad about pulling the bird families out, but after they flew the nest, I started calling Wildwood Roofing & Construction to see if they could come repair it. I was going to pay out of pocket. I can't make this stuff up that this has been going on for about a year now and I'm finally giving up and finding another company after posting this. Between my husband and I (since after last spring) we have called Wildwood Roofing & Construction no less than 10 times - I've actually lost count. The first couple of times, they simply would not answer our calls after leaving messages. Then, when we finally got connected to someone, it was always "we'll give you a call back". We had several no call backs. Then, I thought it was getting better because we were scheduled to have someone visit us to assess and provide us with a quote. The associated texted me same day, asked me to reschedule, I gave several different options and I never received a call back or text back to reschedule. We started calling again, it took several times again, and finally someone came out and provided us with a quote verbally. They said they'd email the quote so we can get something scheduled....I never received a call back and we never received an email....So, in a final attempt I called back a few weeks ago and said I would just stay on the li

My roof was installed by wildwood roofing back in 2017, with generally great service and warranty. There was a leaking in the first year and they came to fixed it promptly. Recently we had noticed roofing related leaking/wood issues and I reached out to them again two weeks ago and the customer service experience has been very frustrating. The person I talked to initially set up an appointment for 9am 3 days later, which I was happy but nobody showed up. So I called again and another person picked up the phone and apologized , and told me a third person will reach out to me on the same day to set up. The third person called me and told me the fourth person who is the department manager will call me in 3-4 days to schedule. After more than a week i didn’t receive any call, so I called again yesterday, and a fifth person picked up the phone and texted the third person to ask her to message the department manager to call me and asked me to stay close to the phone to be contacted soon. Again, no one called. This morning I called again, and it was the first person who picked up the phone and I told him all that has happened and he said he will escalate to his manager again.( I wrote down all the names for record tracking purposes). As of now, it has been two weeks since my initial reaching out as an existing customer. What I learned is that if I select option 2 ( existing customer) when calling, nobody will pick up the phone and it will ask you to leave messages, and even if I left messages, nobody returns the call. And if I pick option 1 ( new customer), someone will pick up the call very quick, but if you are an existing customer, then it will take forever to schedule something. In my case I am still waiting for someone to call me back to schedule for someone to come to take a look at the issue. This is indeed very different from my experience a few years ago with this company, not sure what happened during those years. It’s not fair to treat existing customers this w
