I couldn't imagine a better roofing company for my project. They provided a comprehensive quote, supplied samples, showed up on time, finished faster than scheduled and kept you informed of their progress! Bravo!

Michael came out to give us a quote. He explained the entire process in detail. We had several quotes from other contracts but none provided the level of detail and confidence. The Precision crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. They cleaned up the area daily and were cautious with our property. We had a tile roof reset, TPO on our deck and torch down on our flat roofs. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The crew and supervisors were friendly and helpful. Precision finished the job on time. Highly recommend their company.

We have a great new roof. West Coast Precision Roofing made it happen. From the first call to the final clean up, their team was there for us. All of that lead to many compliments.

West Coast Precision Roofing is outstanding. Mike Sanders (owner) hires and trains the best people who do the highest quality of work. West Coast Precision Roofing is a trusted local business if you live in the La Crescenta/Montrose/Glendale area but also has a wide service area in Los Angeles County. My house had a leak through the skylight dome during the heavy rains before Thanksgiving. The next day West Coast covered the skylight to prevent any further leaks. Angel and Kevin completed the skylight dome leak repair and were respectful and communicated well. The company is honest, has high ethical standards, experienced staff, provides outstanding service, and prices are very reasonable. Monique who schedules residential work is professional, kind, experienced, knowledgeable, listens well, and is an excellent role model for customer service.. Consider West Coast Precision Roofing for your roofing issues. They are the absolute best!

A True Gem in the Heart of Montrose I had an outstanding experience with West Coast Precision Roofing. After severe windstorm damage early this year, I reached out to them during what must have been an incredibly busy time. They still managed to send someone out within a week of my call. I can't express how much they helped me — Michael Bierman went above and beyond, working directly with my insurance company to secure full coverage for my roof replacement (despite the insurance company initially offering only a fraction of the cost). They scheduled my project for April, about three months later, and completed the entire job in just four days! While I waited, they even came out to seal a leak to prevent further damage — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The crew removed three layers of old roofing, including the original wood shingles, installed a new plywood base, and expertly laid the new shingles. They painted older pipes, sealed all the vents, and took care of every detail beautifully. They also handled all the permits with the city and kept me informed every step of the way. Vincente and the whole crew were fantastic — professional, efficient, and meticulous about cleanup. I truly wish every contractor operated with the same level of skill, communication, and care. I can't recommend West Coast Precision Roofing highly enough!
