  After living in my house for nearly 50 years, I decided it was time for a new roof. I chose Joe & Sons Roof & Gutter after reviewing seven bids. While they weren't the lowest, their team was professional and helpful, and they even offered a senior discount. They sent two teams and finished both the house and garage roofs in just one day. The foreman provided pictures so I could track the progress since I couldn’t go up on the roof myself. Everyone on the two teams was fantastic, and they did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris! From the initial bid to the payment process, the experience was very positive. A year later, I noticed a minor water leak. They promptly dispatched a team to assess the situation and found that the chimney top had come loose. They added sealant and new screws to secure it and fix the leak. I can't think of any roofing company that would respond so quickly and courteously to make a repair that wasn't originally part of the job. I highly recommend reaching out to Joe & Sons Roof & Gutter to see for yourself how they stand out among other roofing companies. You'll find a reliable partner to keep your roof in excellent condition, no matter its age.

  Joe & Sons Roof & Gutter installed a new roof at my home and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were the last of three roofing services to provide me with an estimate. Before meeting with them, I was almost certain I'd go with the first company that assessed my roof. Marc spent significant time at my house, explaining everything thoroughly so I could understand what was happening. He enlightened me about the roofing material they use, the reason behind their choice, their installation process, and common issues associated with older homes like mine, which was built in the early 1900s. But what swayed me to utilize their services was when Marc clarified how they would guarantee proper attic ventilation, which was my primary worry apart from a leaky roof. He suggested a couple of solutions that hadn't been brought up by the other two contractors. With all that in mind, Marc and his team were amiable, professional, and quick. Once they secured the necessary permits, my work was scheduled in less than two weeks and finished in just two days. Several challenges arose during the installation due to the age of my house, but every single one was addressed with the highest level of expertise and proficiency.   I got in touch with a local roofing company through their website and received a response within a day. They managed to arrange a roof inspection for me within the same week, which was beneficial as it had been raining heavily and I wanted to prevent any potential leak damage. The representative, Justin, arrived punctually and immediately got to work. After the inspection, Justin explained his findings in a step-by-step manner, which I found very helpful. Fortunately, our roof was in good condition with no damage, but I now know who I'll be contacting when it's time to replace our roof in a few years. This happened in La Cañada Flintridge.

  Completely professional! Last year, my dad passed down our family home to me and my homeowner's insurance recommended a roof replacement. Getting a small home improvement loan was actually easier than finding a roofer in this time of high demand for construction services. Luckily, I found Joe & Sons Roof & Gutter after consulting with three other roofers. They provided me with three quotes, a package filled with information about shingle types, warranties, color options, wind mitigation documents, etc. This detailed information made them stand out from the other roofers and made my decision simple. The crew, including marc, braxton, and justin, arrived early in the morning, took a lunch break, and by late afternoon they were cleaning my yard and porch. I must say, the new roof has greatly improved the look of my now old-new house. Guess it's time to think about some new windows, huh.

The quote we received was almost identical with the other two. What set this team apart was the promptness of Marc, the owner, and the comprehensiveness of his suggestions compared to the other companies. Justin and Braxton, his crew, did a fantastic job, and their speed was incredible. After removing the old roof, the major concerns around the chimney turned out to be less severe, so our final cost was even lower than the initial estimate. This shows their honesty as well.   In the past, I requested a quote for a GacoFlex Roofing System (20 year warranty) from Joe & Sons Roof & Gutter for our five-unit townhouse complex in La Cañada Flintridge. The company reacted swiftly and professionally, providing a comprehensive solution that incorporated necessary flashing repairs at competitive rates. Our homeowners' association examined and approved their proposal. Justin, Braxton, and Marc met all our expectations for timely completion, safety on the job site, and superb application quality (there was no overspray or cleanup required by homeowners). The application was inspected and confirmed by a Gaco factory tech representative. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Joe & Sons Roof & Gutter.

Their sales offering was impressive and they maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. They demonstrated great patience and flexibility while waiting for the construction on my home to be completed. Even after a significant lapse of time and a slight increase in the project scope, the original estimate was honored. The pricing was extremely competitive as well.   i have to say that my family got top-notch service from joe & Sons Roof & Gutter throughout our whole project. Not only did braxton come out twice to put a tarp on our roof when we had a leak after a rainstorm, but he and his crew also did an outstanding job replacing our roof in just one day! we were very new to homeownership and dealing with roof issues in general, but braxton walked us through the whole process, explained everything in detail, and went above and beyond to give us the best care possible. All in all, our experience with this company in La Cañada Flintridge was a positive one, and i'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and anyone who needs work on their roof in the future.
