  Because they were "backlogged", I waited 2 weeks for someone to come out to estimate how much it would cost to repair 2 leaks and reseal my mobile home roof. My appointment was for 2:30pm, which was confirmed the day prior to the appointment. The estimator came at 2pm. Luckily, I was home. He inspected my roof and promised to email an estimate to repair the leaks but didn't mention sealing the roof, even though I said I wanted an estimate for resealing the roof when I booked the appointment. I told the estimator that the roof had not been sealed for 3 years and I wanted the roof resealed. (Mobile home roofs typically need to be resealed every 1-2 years.) He dismissed me saying the roof looked fine. I explained that I was doing major renovations He promised to email me one estimate for the leak repair and another for leak repair and sealing within 3 days. It's now day 5 and I still have not received any estimate even though I verified that the estimator had my correct email address. Besides, why provide an estimate for leak repair only when I clearly stated I wanted leak repair and sealing? Not impressed. If I have to micromanage a company BEFORE they provide services, I have no confidence that they will deal effectively with me during the process of working on my roof or in the event there are problems in the future.

  They attempted to up the cost of the job after the fact without getting signed change orders or going over it with us.

  I am honestly so disappointed with this company as a whole. Within ten years ago, we had them redo a very large section of our roof. Roughly 1000 square feet. Obviously, this was not a cheap or small job. We were told this roof would last 20 or more years. Within five years there was already a leak. Them came out and patched it. Now, it was been about ten years, and the entire roof is wasted. The shingles are all peeling up, and its leaking in multiple areas. We’ve been told the only viable option is to have a new roof installed, since it’s the whole roof that’s an issue, and not just patches. The other two thirds of our house was roofed over 15-20 years ago, and has no issues. We commented on an advertisement on Facebook explaining this to new customers, and were promptly deleted. Dishonest and unprofessional attitude, and work that just does not last. We will not be bothering with this company again, and urge anyone who doesn’t want to redo there roof at a costly price every decade, to go else where.

  Fine company. Good, honest people. Looked like a shingle(s) blew off. I called Weathertight on Friday fearing the worst (as roofs can do that.) Jake came out promptly on Monday. After he examined roof I was reassured it was in good shape. No shingles missing. And no charge. Many thanks to this company for their honesty and kindness.

  Would definitely recommend Weathertight Roofing. Family owned. If I need future repair or replacement, it will be difficult to justify another company. Did my research and saw that they were highly rated and recommended by others in the area. They meet all legal requirements. I had a 200 sq. ft. section of old, worn shingles replaced under and around my central air unit that had caused a water leak above the garage. I was quoted @$1,600 which was lower than other estimates, with an estimated timeframe of 4-6 weeks from the date of the estimate. Came out @$1,600 like they said, and was done in under 3 weeks. They showed me before and after photos and the job only took 6 hours and looks great. Very satisfied customer here. Thank you Weathertight!
