Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 14 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Nu-Ray Metals. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
6 more of the 6 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Outstanding customer service! I am a homeowner (not a professional roofer), and Chris at Nu-Ray Metals has been attentive every step through the process; from talking through their standing seam product lines, to selecting the right components for the various features of my roof, to ordering, and support. I shopped around prior to selecting Nu-Ray; I worked through resellers at a popular local roofing materials supplier, I contacted other suppliers that sell direct to consumer, but none of the options were comparable. I can tell working through a reseller would be a nightmare due to the delays in having a middle man, never-mind the markup. The larger retailers were not a good fit as they were not local, so initial and follow-on deliveries would drive up the cost (and frankly, they were pushing me to hire a local installer they recommended which would further inflate the price). It's not often you get great customer service and quality at a better price -- so I'm happy to recommend them and leave a review (my first).

What Nu-Ray Metals says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 14 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 14, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Nu-Ray Metals. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
