Terrible workers , one of their workers just pulled upto my gf and i because we were not turning fast enough at a light . Hes an older white man with a mustache . He proceeded to start screaming at us and cursing because were in a big cargo van and werent turning fast enough to make him happy . He then got next to us at the next light again and started yelling again for no reason . Wouldnt use this company now just because this is the type of people they employ .

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the values Wayne's Roofing has upheld for over 70 years. We conducted an investigation into this incident, and the employee involved has since been terminated. We sincerely apologize for this experience. No one should be subjected to that kind of behavior, and we understand why it would affect your perception of our company. We hold our team to a high standard both on the job and in how they represent us in the community. Thank you again for letting us know. -Wayne's Roofing & Sheet Metal

I am very pleased with the response and professionalism that i experienced with Waynes Roofing. Rich Thompson responded immediately to my call, told me exactly what to expect, and followed through to the letter. The crew was expert and thorough all the way to final cleanup. They have my highest recommendation.

Wayne's Roofing and Sheet Metal was outstanding. Wayne was concise, communicative, and truly went above and beyond. His work was superb, and he helped us every step of the way, especially with facilitating repairs for my elderly mothers' home and navigating the insurance process from out of state. His office staff was also prompt, professional, and remained courteous and organized throughout the process. We're incredibly grateful for his support during a challenging time. Highly recommend! My home insurance company sent me a letter stating that they won’t be renewing my policy due to my roof. They gave me about 4 months notice. My root was just about to turn 20 years old, so I decided to get it replaced. After getting a few quotes, Wayne’s Roofing won me over. Richard walked me through the entire process, even though they handled everything except for choosing the color. Their office is close by, but Richard drove to my work anytime we had to meet. It was very convenient for me. The actual roofing work took about two days, not counting any wait time for city inspectors. At lunch time, I stopped by my house during the removal of the old roof. There were workers everywhere. There were shingles everywhere. By the time I got home just after 6pm, my entire yard was perfectly clean. No shingles. No nails. Nothing. If I didn’t show up mid-day, I wouldn’t have been sure that they actually started. That’s how clean it was. Anyway, my roof turned out great. I sent all of the paperwork to my insurance company and my policy was renewed. Plus, Richard referred to me a wind mitigation inspector, at a very affordable price. He stopped by at precisely the time we agreed upon. Performed the inspection and sent me all of the documentation (that same day) needed to submit for further insurance discounts. Thanks you Richard and the Wayne’s Roofing team. I know you gave me a 30 year roof. But, knowing insurance companies, I’ll probably see you next in 2044.
