  Took our money and didn't pay supplier who filed a lien on our building. Then filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

  Horrible experience with this crooked company, filed bankruptcy for the 3rd time after wasting 1 year with lawyers, their Insurance company people coming in my home numerous times. Had to completely redo my entire roof after we paid them over $400,000 for it because it leaked more than before, inspector noted in report several areas weren’t installed properly, the manufacturer declined us their warranty (unless it was replaced) they have on the metal roof we picked out. After giving them the opportunity to replace the roof they declined which gave us no other choice than to hire another company only to have to pay $540,000 to replace it for the 2nd time in 2 years. Now we’re almost $1 million dollars in on 1 improperly installed roof that took a year to complete and another roof properly installed and warranty issued from manufacturer, plus lawyers fees and indoor repairs ( not even close to the amount of the ones we still have to repair). R&R cancelled so many mediations, stretched it out until 2025 only to file bankruptcy for THE THIRD TIME !!!!! It’s disgusting to me how wrong they did our family, I believe In karma and karma please take the wheel.

  Terrible company came out put a roof on have leaks loose shingles call them they blocked my number jay won't call back or message back don't recommend them scammers

  Worst company in Florida did our roof it leaks in multiple areas they charge for food products but turn around and use cheap products they block your number terrible work this company will take your money and run they file bankruptcy every couple years so not use this company for any job

  You guys have an employee that drives an older Blue ford pickup and she comes in at 12 she’s ran me off the road and cut people off aswell as shooting the finger at people while driving and since I can’t contact hr I’m hoping to get in contact someone here

As this is a flood insurance claim from Hurricane Ian, please know that our professional team is working around the clock to accommodate every client. There was never a promise of having you bank in the unit in 60 days. As you can imagine, many variables take place when coordinating and managing projects. The insurance company did not send us the approved scope of work so we could begin until late January. With all insurance claims, time is needed to decipher the estimates. Our team is currently working on your property, restoring the damaged units. Our company President has spoken with you, and we feel your review is unwarranted and should be removed.

  Very good experience once they scheduled our job. Waited for a long period to get job scheduled but once it was scheduled (6 condo roofs) it went perfect. Time and quality of job was very good. Good communications during job. Competive pricing . Spruce Creek Golf Villas Daytona Florida

  Our oceanfront family business. the Tropical Manor, was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian. We have been blessed beyond measure by the extremely knowledgeable, timely, and professional mitigation and restoration services provided by R&R Industries.   We have been using R&R Industries at Towers 8&9 Condominium for a number of years now. I wouldn't trust our roofs to anyone else. They are prompt, offer exceptional service, and do quality. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a quality roofing company.

  I worked with Ricky on this project. He was very helpful informative and professional. The man in the field performing the work we’re very knowledgeable and polite. The work was done quickly. They clean the jobsite when done and left nothing behind to be cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

  Witnessed an R&R salesman going around taking other roofing company's yard signs and tossing them in the back of his truck. When I approached him, he sped off but not before I got pictures of his face, truck, license plate and about 6-10 other company's signs in the back. Classless and petty.

  I just wanted to make sure my review was posted under the correct name. My previous review was incorrectly placed under my son’s name. I would give these guys a 0 if that was a choice. R & R Industries installed a roof for me for 16k. They shingled around the chimney covering a preexisting flashing problem and didn’t tell me about and also didn’t apply any other flashing. I am a single woman and have been misled by them as to the cause of this leak for 8 months and had to get another contractor to get the truth. Now R & R industries wants to make “minor adjustments “ to correct this when the entire area around the chimney needs to be reshingled and reflashed to stop the leak. I thought I was hiring professionals. I guess not... I just want it fixed properly.
