The first three are Google’s own figures for Warner Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Ohio roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Warner Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Warner Roofing did a great job! I had a my house roof and a large garage all torn off and replaced in one day. They had the house roof taken off in 1 hour. Hardly any debris hit the ground. They had to replace a lot of plywood as well.

Mark Rollo at Warner Roofing did an exceptional job repairing my flat roof, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Flat roofs can be tricky, but his expertise was obvious he clearly understood the root causes of the issues and addressed them correctly, not just with a quick patch. The quality of the repair work was excellent, the communication was clear and honest, and the job was completed exactly as promised. Mark took the time to explain what needed to be done and why, which gave me complete confidence in the solution. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill, integrity, and pride in their work the way he does. If you need flat roof repairs and want it done right the first time, I highly recommend Mark Rollo and Warner Roofing. Top-tier workmanship and service.

This Milford, Ohio home was being remodeled when we were asked to do a complete roof replacement. The folks who owned the house wanted a dark roof and went with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black. It contrasts nicely with the siding color. Are you considering a new roof? Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 136 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
