Tier-1 Roofing and Exteriors

The only one or two-star review we hold for Tier-1 Roofing and Exteriors.

Does not obey no solicitation signage or ordnances. Signage was clearly posted in multiple locations on property. If the company can not respect that and obey city ordinances or the wishes of the property residence then it says something about their company.

Jordan, sorry to have bothered you today. We were working on a house in the neighborhood and saw so many homes in need of a roof. We will obtain a permit and obey ordinances going forward.

I just met with Their 1 and discussed different renovations to the exterior of our home. They were informative and kind. Could not have asked for a better experience. I look forward to moving forward with them.

I had a good experience with Tier-1. They blew insulation in my walls, patched the holes and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely use them again.

The team was professional, punctual, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They communicated clearly throughout the process, completed the work on schedule, and left the property spotless afterward. The roof looks fantastic and gives me peace of mind knowing it was done with quality materials and craftsmanship. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable, honest, and skilled roofing professionals

Such a great company to work with! Extremely punctual with responding. I submitted a request online and had a phone call within the hour. They were very accommodating while we got the finances together to pay for our deck. Melody is seriously the easiest person to work with. Can't recommend enough!

My soffit needed repair so I stopped at Tier 1 to see if they could do the job. It was a very small job and they were more than happy to do it. They did a great job and I’m very satisfied.

We called Teir-1 to asses a leak in our skylights as well as to take a look at our roof as a whole and let us know if she spotted any concerns. Melody was quick to schedule with us because of potential rain coming in. She was even quicker to asses and fix our skylight problem (same day!). She was such a pleasure to work with and was able to photograph and explain all of things she saw while she was up on our roof, without pressuring us to pursue further business. We will absolutely be using Melody and Teir-1 Roofing for any further questions or concerns regarding our roof.
