  On May 15th, Walz Roofing was working next door to Mrs. Hoffman’s property. She requested a free roof inspection, which we completed at no charge. Following the inspection, we explained that while her roof was in good condition overall, a few tiles were cracked. We provided her with a very reasonable estimate at that time, which she declined. On August 10th, Mrs. Hoffman contacted us again and stated we had recently been at her house “a couple of weeks ago.” According to our records, the inspection and estimate had actually taken place three months prior. Nevertheless, we were glad to hear from her again and scheduled the work for Saturday, August 15th. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, we had to reschedule. We immediately reached out to Mrs. Hoffman, who agreed to move the appointment to the following Wednesday since she confirmed she had no leaks and the work was not urgent. On the rescheduled date, we attempted to contact Mrs. Hoffman multiple times in the morning to gain entry to her gated community. Unfortunately, she did not answer, and we were unable to proceed with the work. Walz Roofing values all of our customers and takes pride in providing honest inspections, fair estimates, and reliable service. We believe Mrs. Hoffman’s review does not accurately reflect the events, and we have documentation to support the timeline outlined above.

  We are very sorry to hear that Mr. Raza is dissatisfied with his experience. When we provided him with an estimate, we explained that the previous roof repairs on his home had not been performed by Walz Roofing. We also informed him that those areas had been repaired with substandard workmanship by another company. At that time, Mr. Raza stated those areas were not leaking and did not request that we address them. Instead, he signed a contract for three specific repairs, which included a one-year warranty—not six months, as mentioned in his review. The following Saturday, we completed the work and documented the repairs with photos, which were reviewed and signed by Mr. Raza. A week later, he contacted us about a leak in his bedroom. We responded immediately. Upon inspection, we found that the leak was not related to our repairs but rather from one of the areas previously repaired by another contractor. Walz Roofing stands by the quality of our work and honors our warranties. Unfortunately, the issues Mr. Raza refers to in his review were the result of prior substandard repairs by another company, not the repairs completed by Walz Roofing.

  This is a great company! They went above and beyond to make sure the repair was completed on time, and the quality of work is top notch. I would definitely recommend Walz Roofing to anyone looking for a great company.

  My roof was in very bad shape so I called Walz Roofing. Kevin Walz gave me estimates for fixing my roof with zero pressure to move forward until I was ready to. I received some estimates from other companies, but no one compared to Walz Roofing when it came to price, honesty, knowledge, and integrity. Kevin was available to always take my calls, answer my questions and respond to my messages in a timely manner. He showed up on time every day he was scheduled. Such a nice and friendly guy. His company also did an amazing clean up after finishing the work on my roof. I one hundred percent recommend this company if you need roof repair work done. This is the best choice you can make! I will absolutely utilize their services again in a heartbeat.

  I had an excellent experience with Walz Roofing. When I called they responded quicky to my request for information. I received a fair quote and they came to fix the leak with very little turn around time. The repair work was done with great craftmanship (I could not even tell where it had been repaired) I received a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the work and a thank you card for selecting them to do the repair work. I was blown away by the remarkable customer service experience from start to finish. This is a great company and very attentive to my every need. I highly recommend then and have already referred one of my neighbors to give them a call. They far exceeded my expectations and left me a very satisfied customer.

  We use this company for all our roofing needs as the installation of ventilation ductwork frequently goes through the roof. We also have to install a/c stands that are secured to the roof. They always do a good job and communicate well with the customers. We recommend them.

  I never write reviews but here I am! I has a bad leak after all the rain we have been having! I called left a message and the owner Kevin called back right away! He came by that evening and gave me reasonable estimate! Made an appointment for him to do the repair! He and his crew came early in morning and fixed the leak and also repaired another problem that I did not know was there ! He is very professional and cleaned up afterwards!
