🚨🚨🚨🚨For anyone who finds my experience helpful, please don't go through the same thing! This roofing company and Mr. Alfredo are incredibly unprofessional and unreliable!!! They took a deposit from me to submit my project plans to the city. The project didn't go ahead because the city of Cape Coral wouldn't approve it, and after I told the contractor that returning the deposit was no problem, they only returned half! Supposedly because the materials had already been purchased, but they don't even give you back the materials they bought with your money. They use them for another job and leave you with a "credit" for that amount for when you have another project, which isn't my case because I was only going to add an addition to my house! I hope my experience helps someone avoid the same situation.🚨🚨🚨

Hello, Crystian. We sincerely regret that you feel this way. However, we believe it's important to clarify a few points regarding this project to provide complete context and transparency. The contract signed on February 17th clearly outlined the terms related to the permitting process and the purchase of materials. Once the work was authorized and the deposit received, administrative procedures and the purchase/reservation of materials related to the project began. Under Florida state laws and business practices, certain administrative costs, special materials, and expenses already incurred are non-refundable once the process has begun. The project cancellation did not occur due to any breach of contract by our company, but rather due to a municipal approval issue beyond our control. Even so, in an effort to act in good faith and maintain a professional relationship, a partial refund was issued for the recoverable portion of the deposit. At no time was there any intention to harm you or act unprofessionally. Our company works daily with residential and commercial clients throughout Florida, always striving for transparency, communication, and compliance. We respect your opinion and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
