They are charging a $500 fee for a hail damage assessment. They informed me that I would need to pay $500 if I choose not to hire them after the evaluation.

Great bunch of people to work with, from the front service desk/reception, outside jobsite managers and of course right up to the ownership. Always took my calls and made sure the onsite was all of satisfactory. Lori, being frontline intaking and handling the calls, walk-ins, and many other things , definitely instills confidence in the fact your not going to get lost in the shuffle, as they are busy.

I'm very pleased with the work I had done on my house after the 2024 hailstorm. Roof, windows, eaves and siding were replaced. Troy and his crew are quite outstanding individuals and I have to give an extra shout out to Jim and Joe who did the siding. Extremely polite and paid HUGE attention to detail. From the moment they stepped on my property they ensured they would cater TO ME! The siding looks so perfect in every light... not like some of my neighbors who just had a quick job. They took the extra time to ensure everything was just right and always offered suggestions and asked for my opinion on changes. I 100% would recommend Walkabout to anyone needing exterior home repairs. Thanks Troy, Jim, Joe and the rest of the crew!

Walkabout was outstanding on our hail damage claim. They worked with our insurance company and it was stress free for us. They quoted us accurately and all the work was does in a timely fashion. We had our house fully wrapped with new tyvek and vinyl siding, grade 4 shingles, rear windows and deck doors replaced. All contractors they work with did great work and communicated well. They followed safety protocols and left or property clean and tidy each day. They made sure to sweep well for nails or any sharp objects. I wish all companies showed this care and respect for the community they are working in. Thanks again,

Amazing follow-up service over a year later! We had a question about our eaves after the last heavy rain. First thing the next business day someone came out to look at and fix a clog in the bend of our eaves!!
