The only one or two-star review we hold for Lumina Roofing & Exteriors - Roofing Contractor.

Very disappointed with the customer service from this roofing company. The staff came across as rude and dismissive whenever I asked questions about the project. Instead of explaining things clearly, they acted irritated and impatient. Professionalism matters just as much as quality work, and unfortunately this experience did not meet expectations.

Extremely pleased with the work performed by the Team that replaced our roof shingles. They were very courteous and completed the work in 1 day. The site was cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. They also provided a courtesy call a few weeks after to assess the condition of the work. This is truly exceptional customer service.
