We came home and found that part of our roof was missing, and we had no idea how to handle the roofing claim process. A family recommendation led us to this roofing company, and from the first call they made everything feel simple and well organized. danny was our sales contact, and he kept us informed the whole way with texts, calls, and regular follow-ups so we always knew what was happening with the roof claim and repair. The roofing crew was very friendly, worked carefully around our plants and yard, and did a very thorough cleanup after the roof work was done. They also explained the materials, the timeline, and what to expect with the install, which really helped us feel comfortable. Since California weather can bring strong sun and heat, we wanted a roof that would hold up well, and they delivered quality work that looks great and gives us peace of mind. The gutter scheduling was handled professionally as well, and the team stayed communicative about the timing. It has been some time since the job was completed, and danny still checks in to make sure everything is going smoothly. i really appreciate the service, the workmanship, and the care they put into the whole project. you will not find a better roofing team. we are very happy with the result.

Repeat customer for roofing service, and they are a rare combo: fair pricing, solid roof work, and genuinely good people. What stands out most is how honest and helpful the crew is. Another roofer once said the leak would take a huge amount of money and a lot of major work to repair, but when Cesar and Elias inspected the roof, they found the real source of the problem right away. They explained it in simple terms, completed the roof leak repair the same day, and saved us a lot of money. Their team is dependable, easy to reach, and always answers calls. If they ever run a little late or need to adjust the schedule, it is usually because they are taking extra care of another roofing customer, and they bring that same level of attention to every job. In San Jose, it is hard to find a roofing company that combines value, workmanship, and customer care this well. They handle roof issues the right way and really go the extra mile.

we have nothing but praise for our experience with crown peak roofing. brady was fast with communication, dependable, and professional throughout the whole roof replacement process. out of the three roofing estimates we received, the proposal was the most detailed, clearly listing the roofing materials, gutter work, and what to expect from start to finish. the pricing was very competitive, which even made it possible for us to upgrade our gutters at the same time. the roofing crew showed up early in the morning as promised, and they were friendly, efficient, and focused the entire time. they completed the work quickly without cutting corners, and they did a great job cleaning up the yard before leaving. brady also provided the invoice, project photos, and certificate of completion right away, which made it easy to send everything over to our insurance company that same day. it was one of the best contractor experiences we have had in san jose. the whole job felt smooth, organized, and stress-free, and the new roof and gutters look excellent. highly recommended.

Crown Peak Roofing replaced my roof recently and did an excellent job from start to finish. Jordan was quick to return my call, came out to inspect the roof, and carefully looked over the damaged sections after a tree impact. He was professional, helpful, and explained the roofing work in simple terms, which made the whole process easy to understand. He also sent photos of shingle options and helped me choose a color that matched the house well. The roofing crew worked efficiently, removed the old shingles carefully, and kept the job moving smoothly. They did a thorough cleanup when the roof replacement was done and left the property very clean. I really appreciated how easy the whole experience was. Communication was clear, the workmanship was solid, and the new roof looks great. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement or roof repair if you want dependable service and quality roofing work.

I worked with Danny, and he was professional and helpful from the start. He guided us through the whole roofing process, from the roof inspection to speaking with the insurance adjuster so the needed roof work was properly covered. The roofing crew got the materials up quickly, and once everything arrived, the shingle installation moved fast and smoothly. The actual roof install was done in about half a day, and the cleanup was solid too. What stood out most was how Danny worked with me to keep my out-of-pocket roofing costs as low as possible, which really helped. He stayed in touch by email, phone, and text, and was easy to reach whenever I had questions from morning to evening. In San Jose, it is important to have a reliable roof that can handle strong sun and seasonal rain, and this team made the whole experience simple and stress-free. I highly recommend this roofing company.

My roof repair needs were handled with real care by Crown Peak Roofing. From the first roof inspection to the final invoice, Cesar showed great attention to detail and stayed committed the whole way through. After the work was completed, I noticed a small leak concern, and he responded quickly by sending Elias out to check it. It turned out the issue was not caused by the roofing system and did not need more re-roofing, but they still took the time to inspect everything and make sure my home was protected. Their customer service was excellent, communication was clear, and the whole experience felt honest and professional. I highly recommend them for roofing work in San Jose.

The roof tear-off was completed quickly, and the underlayment was installed smoothly without any problems. Shingle and vent installation went perfectly, and the team worked hard while making sure to follow all safety measures. The ground crew, especially Cesar, did a fantastic job cleaning up all the debris and getting it into the trash trailer. They even used a magnet to go over the entire yard and driveway to pick up any stray nails or bits of metal from the roof. Even after a couple of heavy rains and after my yard was blown clean by my landscaper, I only found two nails in total, which is impressive. Everyone I spoke to, from the office staff to the installers, was friendly and eager to answer any questions I had during the whole roofing process. I normally don’t look forward to roofing projects, but when I need a new roof again in San Jose, this company will be the first one I contact.
