We had this company come out to repair a leak which had water coming into a room in the lower floor of the house. We were told it was coming from around the chimney area. Dave have paid the $200 cash, as they guaranteed their work. A …

Hello, we will be asking google to remove this as we have reported it. we did not engage in any business with you and we do not know who you are? You must be Dave’s wife? As in Dave who wrote the bad review just half an hour before you did. Dave was the one who insisted on paying cash! We did the repair on your chimney as we were asked too. Your husband has informed us that the deck is leaking. Sorry we do not fix rotten decks you’ll have to find a contractor to fix your deck and that shall remediate your problem. Thanks.

2 stars because they were available to do the job right away. if i had to wait the traditional amount of time i would have given 1 star. Work and business ethic is very little to compare to a professional group. Had to hire someone else to fix the job, as owner was not interested in resolution.

It doesn’t make a lot of sense that you would give us a two star rating, when we were available to help you right away? Seems like somebody’s trying to slander us ? We were never contacted by you or I have never dealt with any business to do with you. We ask that you please remove your fake slanderous review. Have a great day !

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Valley roofing and exteriors. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
