  These guys really PROVED to me that their tag line “Roofing you can trust” is much more than just a motto. I’m really impressed and highly recommend them. Two years ago they replaced my torch on roof. One area of the roof is completely flat and two years of pooling over the winters caused a two foot wide bubble to form. No fault of theirs. When I called them to ask what to do about it, they immediately came over and assessed the roof. Without me having to ask, they immediately offered to redo the job and added a slope so that water won’t be able to pool in the future. I was blown away at how committed they are to the quality work they do. Great crew also. Nice guys.

  I had wonderful service from High Definition Roofing. Kendall was very quick to respond to my inquiries at every stage of the process, and she made it all very convenient and easy. She was accommodating at every turn, and always very friendly. I didn't get to meet Nate, who did the work, but I'd wager they're very fine people. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to get work done! I can't compare prices, unfortunately, as none of the other roofing companies I reached out to returned my calls, but I feel like I was charged fairly for the work done and I feel like it was well worth what I paid.

  Top marks to High Definition for their meticulous workmanship in replacing my flat roof, a job made much harder because of the shoddy work of previous roofers in 2005 and 2018. Kendall in the office was great at keeping me informed, and Harrison came out to discuss the most major of the glitches they ran into. Because H.D. use top-quality materials, this was an expensive project, but a generous Senior's Discount helped a lot. I would certainly recommend High Definition as a company with good old-fashioned values of honesty and customer service.

  Fifteen years ago we were luckey enough to choose High Definition Roofing to install our new roof. That experience was surprisingly painless with the added bonus of good value and solid advice from the company through the process. Fifteen years later we noticed a bit of ceiling discoloration so I resurrected my old files to see if I could locate our old roofer. We found them, bigger and better than ever. They were prompt in responding to our request for an investigation and professional in their contacts with us including two home visits which identified and solved the problem. While I had initially expected a complex and difficult process instead we received the same efficient and professional high-quality treatment that characterized their originall install. I recommend High Definition Roofing unreservedly!

  They made me feel like I was, not only a valued customer, but their ONLY customer! Emails were returned the same day, price quotes seemed fair, the service person arrived exactly when expected and the service was completed quickly & efficiently. I would definitely call High Definition Roofing again if I have further roof issues.
