I love this company. Don’t confuse them with another company from VA with the same name; no connection at all. Chris was wonderful to work with. Having working in the roofing industry in various capacities, he knows roofs. The crew did a fantastic job and worked hard trying to beat a storm coming in. We were impressed and pleased and highly recommend Valley Ridge Restoration. Our roof looks great!

We had a great experience working with Chris and his team on our new roof! Chris was easy to work with, very responsive, and scheduling was a breeze. His employees were respectful of our property and our neighbors, and they did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. We also really appreciated having so many color options to choose from. We absolutely love the color we picked and couldn’t be happier with how our new roof turned out! We would definitely recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking for quality roofing work and great customer service.

I am immensely satisfied with this company. Michelle Lanfranc kept me in the loop at each and every step of the process and helped me with the insurance claim as well. The roof of this Victorian house is awkward, to say the least. Many different levels, valleys, etc. A roofers nightmare. It now looks Amazing! The work was done quickly, professionally and they did a thorough cleanup afterwards. They even went out of their way to do an extra item I personally wanted done e.g. the finial on top of the Witches Hat that had to be removed 25 years ago (see photos). I can't explain how Jazzed I was to see it up there again after so many years. I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend this company.

Although a little pricier than others, the amount of professionalism and craftsmanship from Valley Ridge was well worth it. They came recommended from another trusted craftsman and proved their mettle. Chris was highly knowledgeable and super to deal with. After the work was finished, we had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with in a timely manner to our satisfaction. Weeks later we had another small issue with the gutters and Although he didn't have to, Chris volunteered to come back and help take care of the issue. Choosing them was the best decision we've made.
