  Our experience with this company was disappointing. Communication throughout the project was poor, and it was often difficult to get updates or clear answers regarding scheduling and progress. The siding installation got off to a rough start when the crew did not show up on the scheduled installation date, and we were not notified in advance. This created unnecessary frustration and made it difficult to plan around the project. The gutter installation also raised concerns. After the work was completed, we discovered that our front door could no longer open fully because it was hitting the bottom of the gutter system. This was a significant oversight that should have been identified and addressed during installation. It then took over a month of back and forth to get everything corrected properly, which added to the frustration and inconvenience. While the project was eventually completed, the lack of communication, scheduling issues, installation mistakes, and extended delay in resolving problems made the overall experience far more stressful than it should have been. When homeowners make a significant investment in their property, they expect reliable communication, attention to detail, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of those expectations.

  The whole experience with Twin Creek Roofing was wonderful, from start to finish. I had a metal roof and gutters/downspouts installed. Job quality was excellent, cost was very affordable. The installers were very polite, efficient and respectful of my property. The roof looks great!!!

  We are very happy with our new metal roof and gutters! I really appreciated Terry and his personal attention. Any questions I had were answered quickly and I felt comfortable hiring them. The crews that did the roof and gutters did a great job, were friendly, and cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  Had both roof and siding replaced. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Merv and Steve were honest, reliable, respectful, and the quality of the work is phenomenal. I’d recommend anyone looking for roof work or siding to use Twincreek!

  They did a great job putting brew siding on a detached garage and removed a non functioning chimney, patching and replacing the area with shingles to match the rest of the roof. I appreciate their professionalism and the price couldn’t be beat! I’m a realtor and recommend them to all my clients.

  Twincreek roofing was great for our roof replacement! Terry, who does the quotes, is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We got 4 quotes for roofs, and Twincreek offered the same materials and warranties as other companies who quoted us for significantly more. This company is the great choice for a fair price without sacrificing quality. They brought a large crew out and had the roof completed in a day. Would definitely recommend!
