The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Valentine Roofing.

Hmm where do I start with this company. No call no show after 5 hours of waiting? No call or reschedule. Got on the phone with a woman that seemed to be in charge of sending teams out to maintenance teams to locations had absolutely no idea …

Are you sure you have he correct company? We don't roll like that at all. And now I know who you are.. We work for Fairgrove and were out there a few times. I can't help it if the owner will not replace the roof. So we covered it with plastic for now... So we did take care of you. We did not want to bother you since we know the problem. Sorry you felt we never showed up but we did. There are lots of holes above your unit due to they took solar panels off and left a lot of holes.

My roof started leaking a year after getting solar. The solar roofer came out and said the issue was the transition between my main roof and the porch addition. I reached out to Valentine (they had been recommended on local FB group that is my first stop for local home repair connections) to get a quote on this repair. They were very responsive and communicative. They did not advise this repair, and instead said that it was the solar penetrations. They were kind enough to provide a written assessment for our use with the solar company. I really appreciated that they went the extra mile, even though it didn't end up generating any work for them. If I ever need roofing work I will be sure to give them a call!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Valentine Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
