Called and scheduled an appointment. No one ever showed up. Attempted to call several times and no one answered. I understand if something comes up but don’t think your time is worth more than anyone else’s. If you can’t make an appointment you booked and confirmed be decent and cancel it

Shaun and his team were amazing. I called him frantic after finding a significant hole in my roof right before a big storm and he had sent tony out to fix it a few hours later, before the storm came in. They were honest and professional and saved me from a much worse situation. I will use them again and I highly recommend them!! If you need a roof done, these are the guys! Thanks again Shaun!!!

As a Property Manager, I've worked with several roofing contractors throughout CK, and Urban Roofing is without a doubt #1 in their respective field. They go above and beyond in repairs, retrofit, and new installation, with excellent workmanship and competitive prices. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a repeat customer of Urban Roofing, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the company as a whole. They carry themselves with true professionalism and make the entire process stress-free. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. I can confidently say you won’t find better anywhere else. They are incredibly knowledgeable and informative, always taking the time to explain things clearly. They even helped me resolve ventilation issues that had been ongoing, which shows how much they care about lasting solutions, not just the job at hand. Urban Roofing is a company that truly stands behind its work, and that’s why I continue to trust them time and time again. If you want to get the most out of your investment, I strongly recommend choosing Urban Roofing for all your roofing needs. Thank you Urban Roofing !

Shaun and his team were amazing, professional in every way, and a pleasure to work with! Gave us great advice regarding the product options, submitted a complete and detailed proposal, and then executed the work flawlessly, keeping us informed every step of the way. Cottage country location provided some challenges but the Urban Roofing guys were great and didn't miss a beat. Workmanship and site cleanliness were both first class. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Colin MacKellar

Shaun was consulted for problems with our cathedral ceilings, low slope roof resulting in ice damming and leaking around one of the vents. His knowledge in ventilation and roofing technology was invaluable in fixing the problem that other roofing companies failed to solve. Our roof has now seen 4 winters without any problems.

Shaun was amazing at coming to do a roof inspection at the last minute. We needed it done ASAP in order to meet our conditions. Shaun was called at 10:00 am and was onsite to do the inspection by 2:30pm. Will call Urban Roofing when I need anything for our roof again. Thanks so much Shaun!
