  I reached out to Roof Ninjas on a Tues. By the Wednesday Kyle had come to inspect roof problem and gave quote. By the following week Kyle had fixed the problem and did a thorough check of rest of roof . Upon discovering other faults ..he asked first if i wanted them fixed ..which i certainly did so he took time to get everything fixed that needed fixing. I was very very pleased with his work ,and work ethic .Kyle was very pleasant ,respectful.knowledgeable and did a great job .I would highly recommend Roof Ninjas .

  Roof ninjas did a fabulous job on the roof and the evestroughs and the crew was very courteous and very professional. They made sure all garbage and debris was taken care. I would highly recommend them!

  Efficient, thorough and all around a great company! My mother has some issues with ice damning and within 24 hours, they were out, had the issues assessed and were back the next day to fix the problem! Great company. 10/10 recommend!

  We had a serious ice dam above our side door, which with the warming weather became a safety hazard. I contacted Roof Ninjas through their website and within a couple of hours they been on site to check the roof and provided a quote. The next day Jordan removed the ice dam. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded. I would highly recommend Roof Ninjas .

  Totally impressed by Roof Ninjas Kyle and Jordon and Rachel for their work ethic, effort and communication skills. They responded, on short notice to a snow and ice dam back-up situation, by working 10+ hour Sunday with a next day follow-up. In my experience, this is amazing! The quality of the work done and the thoroughness of the clean-up was equally amazing and beyond my expectations. They communicated effectively during the process in a friendly and informative manner.   I cannot say enough good things about Roof Ninjas — Thank you to Kyle and Jordan. I reached out about an ice damming issue at my new home, and they came the very next day to do an inspection. That kind of responsiveness immediately put me at ease. From the start, they were professional, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. They communicated clearly, explained what was happening, and approached the situation with confidence. What really impressed me was their integrity. The severity of the issue ended up being worse than initially anticipated, and the work took longer than expected — but they honoured their original quote. That level of honesty and commitment speaks volumes. In addition to resolving the ice damming problem, they completed a top up of insulation and repairs in my attic and left everything clean and tidy when they were done.   Had our carport and sunroom cleared of snowload. Roof Ninjas were here when they said they would be, worked diligently and efficiently, were more than professional and friendly and provided pictures of the Roof and any concerns once they were done.
