Unfortunately no response from them when asking for them to repair multiple defects. Snowstops as well as the eaves on our metal roof sheared off at the screws after only a few months and caused damage to our property. Metal Window drip edges were installed improperly and now none of our windows can open. Everything looked beautiful at first but it seems there is no warranty on work within the first year. Spent tens of thousands of dollars with them and really hoping for a response and a way to have these things repaired. We sent an email May 8th and are waiting to hear back.

Unfortunately since having our roof done 3 years ago. we have had nothing but problems with leaking in our addition. We have lived at our home for 10+ years and never had any problems. Insurance is now involved to address water damage inside. There are holes from the nails where water is coming in need to be fixed Ultimately the roof needs to be completing taken off and redone now.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Honest and genuine come to mind. Not only were the prices, product and service top notch, but they went above and beyond to help us. They delivered the steel to our lake house (hours away from their shop) AND helped us haul it across the lake on a barge. If that’s not the definition of going ‘above and beyond’, I don’t know what is. Highly recommend! If I could rate using more stars I would!
