It’s not anonymous. I stand by my one star. You are not responsive, rude and unprofessional.

Don't waste the three and a half hours I did waiting for this guy. He spoke on the phone and said he would come give me a quote in an hour and a half. At the three hour mark I called him. He had forgotten, asked me my address again! He showed up and upon seeing my cedar shake roof he said he doesn't do that. No apologies, no worry that he just kept me for three hours, he instead said I should have told him on the phone what type of roof I had. He never asked. He blamed me. Don't even bother. So many good businesses out there.

Bobby did a great job on my roof. He does his own work and this is a big factor. Do not hire a big company where they hire low level talent, promise a good warranty, have a good sales pitch, etc. Strong Arm Roofing has the same warranty and it is done by someone who has been doing this for over a decade. It is hard to find good talent these days. This is a good company to rely on.

Strong Arm Roofing is an excellent roofing company. We’ve had them complete a couple of roofing projects for us, and they’ve done a fantastic job every time. Their team is professional, dependable, and takes pride in their workmanship. The …

I could not find an email address on your website to contact you so I am posting on here. The 5 star rating is just so this issue doesn’t affect your overall Google rating. Can you please advise whomever you have leaving your advertisements on homeowners doors to respect the NO SOLICITING sign that a homeowner may have displayed. Someone from your company left your advertisement on our property and then proceeded to ring our doorbell, ignoring the No Solicitation sign we have clearly displayed. The No Solicitation sign means no business cards, flyers, ringing the doorbell, knocking on the door, etc. Whomever left your advertisement thought it was ok to hang it on our garden ornament in our garden. Perhaps they figured No Soliciting only applied to not being put on the front door. No Soliciting requests from homeowners should always be respected and not blatantly ignored. Ignoring the sign only tells me who I WILL NOT be contacting when in need of a roofing company. Thank you.

Our experience working with Bobby for not only our roof but then a downspout repair have both been nothing but exceptional. Fair and upfront pricing, punctual and finishes the projects on time. He was respectful and friendly. He took care in cleaning up and leaving the space the way he found it. We’ve been throughly happy with the quality of work for both projects and not only plan on continuing to use his company in the future, but will recommend him to others.

Bobby mock is likely the hardest working person that exists. He completed my roof April 3 in alliston solo without help in 3 days. He is one of those rare tradesmen that can do top notch quality quickly and for a fair price. If you are in the south Simcoe area and if bobby is available you would be a fool to go with anyone else.

Really happy with the service provided. Bobby's honesty was refreshing. Did not oversell replacing what was not needed. Price was fair. He started and finished right when he said he would. Clean up was spotless. Would highly recommend.
