  It was a horrible repair! It was so bad that in December we had a major leak and repair needed in the same place and had to hire someone else to come and fix a terrible patch job they had done which caused more damage including electrical and mold! We even had to have the fire department out because our smoke detector alerted us to the possibility of smoke in the house while we were in SoCal because there there live electrical wires which could have caused a major fire. Do not use them!!!

  Mary Jo, we take claims like this very seriously and immediately reviewed our records after seeing your review. Our records show the only service performed at your property was a leak inspection and minor repair on Nov 26, 2025 (Job #3639). During that visit, our technician documented that debris buildup behind the flashing was causing water backup, which was cleaned and sealed at that time. The roof conditions and work performed were fully documented with photos. The situation described in your review does not match the scope of work performed by our company. Additionally, we were never contacted regarding any follow-up concerns so we could inspect or address the issue. We stand behind our work and take safety concerns very seriously. If there has been any misunderstanding, we encourage you to contact our office directly so we can review the documentation together and resolve the matter. Because this review appears to misrepresent the work performed, we have submitted it to Google for review. – Upstate Roofing

  Upstate Roofing from start to finish was a great company to deal with. They arrived on the job on a Wednesday entire off two layers down to roof deck and assessed damage from improper solar installation and gave me a quote for repairs , which I agreed too . That same day they loaded roof with roofing material. Thursday they repaired damage and installed new roof . My opinion is that upstate is a five star company and I would highly recommend. Overall great experience.
