Alex did an outstanding job replacing all 6 of our skylights. From the first estimate to the final cleanup, everything was professional, organized, and completed exactly as promised. He installed new Velux skylights with energy-efficient Low-E glass and solar-powered remote-controlled shades. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and our home is now brighter, more comfortable, and more energy efficient. Alex explained every step of the project, protected our property during the installation, and left everything spotless when the job was finished. If you’re looking for skylight replacement, skylight installation, Velux skylights, or a reliable roofing contractor, I highly recommend Alex and TOVBA Construction. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely hire Alex again.

I highly recommend TOVBA for roof repairs. Alex started with a free inspection and estimate, which was great. The final price was very reasonable, and he was completely dedicated to his work, ensuring the job was done right and not rushed. Alex is reliable, dedicated, and fairly priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

I recently had my skylight replaced by Tovba Construction, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The new skylight with built-in sun blinds looks great and works perfectly. They also replaced the old flashing that was leaking and repaired some areas of the roof. Everything was done professionally, on time, and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for any roofing or skylight work!

Professional Roof Waterproofing in Sacramento A durable roof starts with proper protection underneath the shingles. On this roofing project, TOVBA Construction installed a multi-layer waterproofing system designed to protect the most vulnerable areas of the roof. Titanium PSU-30 peel-and-stick ice and water shield was installed along the roof valleys and eaves. Valleys carry a large amount of rainwater, while eaves and roof edges are exposed to wind-driven rain. Adding a self-adhered waterproofing membrane in these areas helps prevent water intrusion, protects the plywood roof deck and supports the long-term performance of the roofing system. We also installed GAF Tiger Paw premium synthetic underlayment across the roof deck. This durable secondary moisture barrier provides added protection beneath the shingles and helps keep the roof deck covered during installation. Careful waterproofing, correct flashing and quality underlayment can help extend the service life of a roof and reduce the risk of expensive leak repairs. TOVBA Construction provides roof replacement, roof repair, roof leak detection, valley and eave waterproofing, skylight installation and roofing inspections throughout Sacramento, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Roseville, Rocklin, Elk Grove and surrounding areas. Choose TOVBA Construction for professional roofing and dependable workmanship. CSLB #10886297 hours ago
