  Before I begin, check any website that says United Roofing, since they are doing many more. If this review was based on the actual company that did the roofing on our house, it would be 5 stars (United Roofing contracted this to another company). However, the company practices of United Roofing are abysmal, as our experience has been extremely frustrating! We have remodeled several homes, and never have we had this sort of neglect, even with the worst contractors. The United Roofing “person” is very attentive and will tell you what you want to hear until you sign the agreement. We specifically got quotes from 4 companies that could do both our roofing and gutters. He was the most convincing and even gave us samples for the roof and gutter materials. From day one and each of two meetings afterwards, I told him that we need a Certificate of Insurance. Long story short, the company that did the roofing sent one. I was confused since it didn’t say United Roofing on the COI. United Roofing said that they sent one, but apparently, they sent it to the wrong email address, since they sent it a second time and I never got it. We had to use a text photo of the COI for United Roofing. They came to do the roof as stated, and as far as we can tell, it was done correctly. They were supposed to come the following Monday after the roof was done to install the gutters, and I confirmed this with the United Roofing “person” as the roof was done. No one showed. No one answered our calls, texts, or emails for weeks! What the heck? We made arrangements to get the gutters done, too, and no one had the courtesy to call us! After several calls, texts, and emails to this “company”, United Roofing, the only responses we have received were when they wanted to collect the other 50% of the roofing job. They lied about contacting us to schedule the gutter job once again to get the 50% check. We had to laugh at ourselves for trusting them. They gave us a discount to give a review, so here i

  Camilla was very professional and knowledgeable. Courteous and detailed. The crew to inststall did a marvelous job. Cleaned up everything and completed the job on.time as stated. I would recommend united roofing to any one that needs s roof and I will send people your way. Thanks Marilyn Wilson
