  Dear Osasu I've checked our system and found that the quotation for your project was prepared and sent. I had planned to follow up, but after the holidays and the extreme cold snap, we've had to postpone exterior work once it's extremely cold. Several clients have opted to delay their projects until spring, and I had intended to reconnect with you once the weather improves.   Horrible experience, ended up doing our roof incorrectly and it was like pulling teeth to get Delroy and his company to take responsibility for the damage, even with multiple other professional opinions. Took them to court to get the cost of our roof back. But still ate the 25k worth of interior damage. YOU WOULD BE A FOOL TO HIRE THIS CLOWN.

  No reply back on email for quote, when I called it went to some odd answering machine and I hit the only option it gave me and nobody answered.

  Booked quote with Ultron with an arrival time. They did not bother showing up nor did they call to let me know they would not show. Not interested in using a business that wastes my time like that. My time is also valuable not just theirs. Anyway just beware when booking with them.

  Purchased a groupon in August and have been trying since then to unsuccessfully book a cleaning of my eaves. I have still never spoken to anyone at Ultron, but finally received an email reply. After three months of calling, messaging and emailing I’m told they closed for business in September, a few weeks after selling the groupon and won’t reopen until April 2019. While they offered to honour the groupon next year, it expires in December and how do you trust a company that sells 120 dollar coupons for work they don’t intend to do this year? Don’t waste your time on this unethical group.

  I lost several rows of shingles on my rental property after a windstorm. I sent out quote requests to several companies and they not only replied immediately to my quote request but were able to come out the next day to do the repair. Affordable and good work. I’m very happy and will use them again!
