  If I could give 0 stars I would Worst company ever , never again will I use them, can’t even finish a small job and goes against there word, asked them to do something and never follow threw and still had to pay even when the job was not finished

  Although we made several attempts to satisfy your needs, ultimately the insurance company and the Pine County court case 58-CO-22-184 (which is public record) deemed we did what your insurance company paid us to do. It was only after you were paid by your insurance company that you suddenly decided were unhappy with the work we performed months earlier. This was the first we heard anything from you. In fact, your adjuster (in the email chain you were part of and was evidence in court) was quoted "Matt, You are correct. We owe to get the tree off of the structure and dispose of what came off of the structure. We do not owe for anything not on the structure." Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave us a review. We hope you find a contractor that will accommodate your needs.

  Matt and his crew are awesome! I highly recommend this company. I called about a major ice damn on my home and Matt was on it within two hours! My son also used this company for a new roof and was so happy with their service. Thank you Matt and crew

  I purchased a home in late fall that needed a roof replacement. Contractors in my immediate area were unable to help me, so I hoped it would hold until summer. Then I heard a ad on KQDS for Twin Ports Built. I didn't know if they would come to my area but I thought I would try. Matt immediately got back to me after I left my information on there website. He discussed multiple options and understood my urgency. He shuffled his schedule to get me taken care of before winter, and also gave me a unbeatable price. His crew was prompt and very professional. The work area was spotless when they left. I recommend Twin Ports Built to anyone who needs service, but is tired of other contractors empty promises and no-shows like i was. Thanks Matt, you made me,and my insurance company, very happy.

  Looking for and contacting a service contractor for a job is a big task, often leading to no responses and a dead end. Such was not the case with Matt at Twin Ports Built. From the start, once contacted, Matt communicated clearly and frequently. He always returned calls, answered questions, and gave suggestions prior to our roofing job starting. The team Matt has work for him knows what they are doing and consult with Matt if questions arise or adjustments need to made. We are more than satisfied and highly recommend Twin Ports Built.

  Twin Ports Built did a fantastic job. My roof had ice damage. They got the power mass reattached. Replaced the roofing and metal around the power mast. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up their mess. The repaired actually looks better than the original roof. They got the job done within the time Matt said he would. Twin Ports built even does snow and ice removal so it won’t happen again! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Twin Ports Built again.

  Had a leak in my roof and they came by unbelievably quick to patch it, and go over the next steps. Very thankful, and some of the best service I have ever received.

  Matt and his team at Twin Ports Built were wonderful to work with! They were able to replace the roofing and decking of my garage in less than a day. Couldn't even tell they were at my house with the great clean up job they did! Highly recommend!
