  Stay away from Tamko product new shingles 2012 and they are full of algae and warranty expired at 10yrs. Junk I was going to use Perrault for addition remodeling but not now. Talked to Jake and he said I could buy algaecide and clean it myself. And this response is a joke already contacted you and got rejected. Do not use Perrault you’ll be sorry you did

  Nice window install on the commercial without any wrap let alone double as is needed on the window frame. Lol geez

  We have had Jim Perrault Construction on many projects, and have been very pleased with the results in the past. However, now we've been waiting over a month for an estimate on new work from Mike; didn't receive a call back on first two calls; reached Mike on third call & he was rude and sarcastic. We canceled our work request and will go elsewhere. Too bad Jim is retiring.

  "Mike" made an appointment and never showed up. Evidently his time is more important than the customer.

  Hello Diane. Our apologies, of course this was not what we expected nor how we operate our business. Unfortunately, Mike ended up in the hospital on the day of your scheduled appointment. We should’ve notified you of this as soon as our office was aware of the situation. We did provide an estimate to you on 8/25 to fix the roof, but you had decided against having the work done. We have not provided any services other than our original estimate. Again, we apologize for the missed appointment.

  Perrault replaced a roof on my house in 2007. Over the years shingles are blowing off the house. I had another roofer try to figure out the problem & it turns out instead of four nails per shingle there are only two. I called Perrault & explained the situation & was told there is no warranty & was offered a new roof at my expense. Unsatisfactory!

  In Sept 2022 Mike Stroede, new owner, of Perrault Construction agreed to put dark green steel siding and 4 new patio doors on my house. He said the work would begin the first week of May 2023 and be complete by the end of May 2023. Despite 8 months between Sept 2022 and May 2023, Mike said he could not take less than 1/2 down ($30,000) in Sept 2022 because he had to order the materials. Over the next 9 months, I could only reach him by email (unreliably) because when I called the office he was always out of town or on vacation. No one arrived in May and eventually I was told the siding I wanted was unavailable. On June 14, 2023 I requested the contract be cancelled and my money returned. I was told it would be less the cost of the 4 patio doors. I said I wanted the check and the doors delivered to my house in three days. 10 days later a check arrived for the full amount. Because of the large amount of the check, my bank would not release the funds for 3 weeks.

  I want to give a good review but here are the details. Wrote my deposit on 3/2 windows were supposed be installed by end of May. They showed up in August. But they forgot to order one so that’ll be another few months and no screen for my patio door that I was told would be here last week. Nope. No call no nothing. It’s just been a mess. I wanted someone to come Review the job because it just doesn’t look right. Not finished miter cuts and such..that was supposed to Happen last week too. Nope

  Had Mike come and give us an estimate for new large window and new large front entry door. Over a month later we still have heard nothing. We also talked about a basement finishing. Called the office and they said they would get back to us, two weeks ago. I wanted to give them my business, but we are forced to look elsewhere. Any good recommendations?

  We have had three different roofs on three different properties replaced in the past two years. Perrault has consistently responded quickly with a very competitive bid or with the lowest bid. The work was done quickly on each project with excellent communication and professionalism. We have been very happy with the look, fit, and finish of every job. Each job has had its own unique issues which were dealt with in ways that clearly demonstrated the experience and expertise of both the crew and management. They were even able to accommodate our tight schedule on our most recent project even though theirs was the lowest bid out of six estimates from six different companies. We will continue to use Perrault Construction for any similar future projects as well as referring them to our friends, family, and business associates. We would like to say thank you very much to Sean, Jake, and the crew for all your hard work and the efforts you made to provide such exceptional service.

  our house was reroofed in one day by an experienced crew. they took great pains to clean up and leave conditions in great shape. Our cost seemed reasonable for the steep slope of our roof. Their bid was competitive and they came to the house to review conditions before pricing.

  My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work done by Perrault Construction for our new deck at our cabin. The communication and updates starting from the planning process through completion have been outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised that they were able to start our project sooner than expected. As our project progressed, we could see the quality of work being done, especially because they had to do some additional work to fix some water damage under a sliding glass door. The cleanup after work was completed was fantastic from making sure no remnants of construction materials remained, to a final sweep with a magnet to pick up any nails/screws on the ground. Highly recommend Perrault Construction.

  FANTASTIC, all around outstanding experience. Sean, Jake, Mathias, Ashton and the roofing crew were top notch!!!! Sean, my sales rep was super professional, attentive and answered all of my questions immediately!! Jake, the project manager was on top of everything, made sure everything was going as planned and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. Now on to the stars of the show…….the roofing crew!I cannot say enough about these guys!! They are legit roofing professionals that take pride in their work!!! They showed up at my house at 0730 on a Thursday morning and were finished by 1500 on Friday!!! They demo’d my old roof and had the new roof on so fast without missing any details!!! They showed up to work, and man did they work!! These guys were a well oiled machine that you could tell had been working together for years!!! Mathias and Ashton completed all the finishing work once the main roof was completed. They removed old, nasty mechanical shudders, installed new fascia and soffits, replaced and color matched siding and Mathias transformed my garage by removing the beat up garage surround/wrap and custom cut and installed a crisp, new white aluminum wrap around my garage, fantastic!!! I can 100% recommend Perrault to take care of your roofing needs!!!!! Big thank you to everyone you have transformed the look of my house!!!!

  Somebody came up gave me a bed fairly quickly and before I know we had shingles on my roof. It was all done at a very reasonable price.

  Had 2nd-floor deck reinstalled following replacement of flat roof (by another company). Perrault able to reuse railings and most of decking from previous deck as we requested. Good communication with us for the most part. Lost one star because when deck was 95% reinstalled, work just stopped. After a few weeks we called about the delay, learning only then that the construction team was waiting for a couple of custom-fit boards to be manufactured. Overall, however, now that the work is finished we are very pleased with our "new" deck, and would recommend Perrault to others.

  We experienced a catastrophic roof failure while we were away for a week. By the time we returned large parts of ceiling were on the floor, water was leaking in from many locations, and all of our flooring, and most of our furniture, were badly damaged. Even several walls needed to be replaced. Because of roofing and decking materials used in this 1950s flat roof, it was a complicated rebuild. Structural elements needed replacement, as well as sheet rock, mahogany wall panels, electrical…the list is extensive. As stressful as the rebuild was, Perrault did their very best to ease our stress. They stayed in contact frequently (we had to move out), and kept things on budget without sacrificing quality. The workers were all great and did fine work, and if I did have a concern about some part of the work, they fixed it quickly to our satisfaction. We are just now able to start moving home, and the place is looking great. In a time where customer service and worker skill is often poor, I’d say that we were fortunate to have had great service and quality work. Perrault Construction will get any future jobs we might need.
