  I had asked for an estimate and when they came after an already missed appointment, they called me back from an “unknown” number and left a voicemail stating they were not interested in doing the job. They couldn’t even provide an estimate but instead leaving a rude voicemail. Unprofessional in my opinion.

  Three months ago, I acquired a home in the town of Lewiston NY. The house has a 3 year old roof and when it rains underneath my porch starts to leak. I called Tuscarora Roofing 3 times with no answer. A guy showed up without giving me a call, fortunately I was home. I showed him the issue and he said that he was going to send somebody. Four days later, nobody had come yet. I called again and still no answer. I have no idea if they will fix the guaranteed "new roof" or they will not honor their contract. I just asked them to call me back and let me know so I can proceed accordingly based on their response. My property is getting damaged and obviously it is not Tuscarora's problem. Please refrain from entering into business with this company.

  I had to sue them for property damage to my house when they replaced a neighbor's roof. They also used power from my house (exterior electrical outlets on my porch) while I wasn't home in order to power their tools for the aforementioned job. When the Judge ruled in my favor, they still didn't want to pay damages. They are beyond awful. Neighbor's roof and gutters ended up having problems within a year too, which is hardly surprising

  They say they only do arch roof work, and not the flat ones. And no repairs, only new work.

  We’ve used them twice. Originally for a roof, new windows, skylight and new siding. 24 years later we decided to replace the roof before we started to have problems because we knew it would have to be done eventually. Absolutely professional all around. They clean up and the workers are polite the entire time!!!!! Great customer service.

  We are so happy we had Tuscarora roofing do our roof. They gave us a fair price and it was done in one day. The roofers were awesome from start to finish. Great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend hiring them.

  We called Tuscarora roofing 10 years ago. They gave us an estimate, and they were very professional. We called them back in April 2024, for an estimate they were very professional and we decided to hire him. They completed the job in two days. this is a three-story Victorian with 12 12 pitch roof a huge job. We are very happy.

  They responded within a day of my call and had an estimate a day later. They arrived on time the day of the work and finished up quickly. Their work is quality and great job cleaning up. Everyone I talked to thanked me for the job. Highly recommended

  We had a large complex roof competed by them in 2021. The job overall went well and they were neat and tidy - for roofers…. We noticed a leak in the attic this spring. I called them to come fix. It did take two calls (voice mails actually) but they did call me back and they did come and fix it. It was as much related to roof and flashing as a the condition of the brickwork on the chimney. They patched up what was leaking and made suggestions for future brick repointing.

  Did a great job (I thought) installing the roof on our addition. Called them to hire them to come do the soffit and facia 3 times they said they would come estimate the job never showed up. Now there is a leak on my new roof and same thing, they say they will come out to look at it and never do. I used to recommend them to all of my friends but no longer. Now I will tell everyone NOT to use them. Too bad because we have several other jobs relating to our addition that we need to hire out and would have given the business to them but now I will be hiring someone else. My jobs may not be big but my mouth is!

  Had a complete tear off roof done. My biggest concern with having little kids was the clean up. They were pretty convincing about the clean up. They said they take a big magnet and pick up about 95% of the nails. No worries. Well when you and your 6 year old picks up nails by the handful for 3 days they did an absolute horrible job. They also ruins my handrails on front and back porch. The Forman said they would come back and repaint them. Called for about 3-4 months, left messages and text. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

  Had a new roof installed a year ago... Now I have a leak. I call all the time to have them come look, but after a month of calling no one will follow back up with me yet!

  Stay away!!! This company will not come back and fix there mistake. Have been calling for 2 years to have come out to fix leak in 3 yr ago roof job. Will keep blowing you off or make up lies. Call elsewhere or you’ll be sorry.
