I was happy with the crew and happy with the outcome being a new homeowner at the time, roof was done 3 years ago.. after the roof was done the winter that followed I found the unfortunate. The rear of my house addition leaked into my kitchen. Being I had just got my roof done insurance sent over the inspector and it was news to me the flashing was not replaced as the inspector took photos showing the house paint on the flashing that was done years before I owned the property. Anyhow, I contacted JP roofing they sent out the gent who supervised the crew and they removed snow from that portion of the roof to stop the ceiling from having more damage of water entering the house. Then was told the owner would give me a call but there was nothing that could be done at the time as there was snow out. Never received that call, did a makeshift repair with a tarp on the 12,000$ BRAND NEW ROOF. 3 years later I write this because I am having to pay another company to fix this as well as my kitchen ceiling because I never heard from anyone since. Scroll down I am the green house. Anyhow crew was professional and did everything I stated before. I can’t take away from that. But as I stated . Unfortunate.

We’re very sorry to hear your roof leaked after installation and that you never received the owner’s promised follow-up; thank you for noting our crew’s professionalism. That is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we regret the damage and inconvenience you endured. We will pull the job records and warranty documentation to understand why the flashing was not replaced and why communications stopped. Please contact our customer care team at the company office so we can review your file and determine the appropriate repair or compensation. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize again for the hardship.

Had jp construction come out to look over my roof and ventilation concern. Had numerous other known roofing companies come out but did not actually take a step in the attic and check the layout and concerns I had. Basically looked from outside or peaked in attic and gave quote on new roof or power vent. Denver spent probably over hour and half actually looking over inside and out determining best course of action to get us in the right direction for concern and repair needed to properly vent and be functional. He gave me options ranging from simple repair to the roof replacement. He unlike others took time to look at the layout which is not like a normal home due to design and determined the best function. He took time to explain how what he was purposing to do and what not to. There was no pressure to just buy a roof or throw something at the problem that would have not solved the issue like others companies recommend. I would highly recommend them for any concerns to look at the fact that they spent the time he did here and educate me on what can be done speaks volumes on trusting them to put you in the right direction and give you options. If your getting the run around or feel like others are unsure of the work you need, definitely give jp construction a call. Had the team come out to install box vents to roof. Felt a difference immediately in home now especially in the upstairs area. Air is not running all day house staying cool in mid day under direct sun light. Jp construction and there team will steer you in the right direction to best accommodate your situation. Very happy I used them to correct the issue
