Sales people trespass on a private road within a gated community and refuse to leave when the residents ask them to. Very aggressive and using deceptive practices claiming residents are hiring the company. Beware

DO NOT USE!!!! I had nothing but problems dealing with this company. I was lied to and taken advantage of. I live in a neighborhood with an HOA. My request was denied due to the shingles not being the same as the HOA specs. The person I …

You’re a liar!!!!! We got your roof approved for you. Walked you through everything. You still owe us money that’s why we are calling and magically now you have all these complaints when the money is due months later. Contractors run don’t do any business with this lady unless she pays in full up front. What a joke

Unfortunately we live in Florida and go through storms which is why we are very well versed in the entire process. Much more than just installing shingle. Thank you for trusting us through it

I can’t say enough good things about True Roofers. After a recent storm caused damage to my roof, they stepped in and helped guide me through the entire insurance claim process. With their help, my roof was fully replaced by my insurance company, and the only cost I was responsible for was my deductible. Duane was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He knew every single detail of my roof, the insurance requirements, and each step of the claim from start to finish. Anytime I had a question, Duane had an answer and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. On top of that, I was in the middle of selling my home, and Duane and the True Roofers team helped me navigate that process smoothly so there were no delays or issues. The communication, professionalism, and level of care truly set them apart. I highly recommend True Roofers to anyone dealing with storm damage or roofing needs, they go above and beyond!

Brandon and the whole team at True Roofers did a fantastic job advocating for me as a homeowner and navigating us through a very complicated process of getting the insurance claim properly considered and approved. Our brand new roof looks amazing and the workmanship was top of the line! Brandon was responsive every time we had questions and made sure we were well informed through the whole process. I can’t recommend them enough!

True Roofers (and True Plumbers) Saved the Day—Twice! I cannot recommend True Roofers highly enough. My relationship with them actually started with their plumbing division. Right before hosting my son’s birthday party, I had a clogged main drain. True Plumbers came out on extremely short notice, resolved the issue, and literally saved the party. When it came time for a full reroof, I reached out to several companies, including a very large, well-known roofing company here in Lakeland. I was shocked when that "big" company refused to tarp my active leaks, telling me to hire a separate tarping company and wait weeks for them to start. True Roofers was the exact opposite. The moment I selected them, they had my roof tarped the same day. Brandon and Krysta were instrumental throughout the entire process. They were hands-on with the insurance company from start to finish, making a complicated process feel easy. From the initial consultation and emergency tarping to the final follow-up, their communication was outstanding. If you want a team that is thorough, organized, and actually willing to earn your business, look no further than True.

Our metal roof is about 15 years old, and we wanted to make sure we took care of it properly so it would last as long as possible. We hired True Roofers to do a full screw change and address a few other minor issues. They walked us through the process, explained the differences in the screws being used, and made everything easy to understand. The price was fair and the work was done right. Chris and Gavin were awesome. They did great work, paid attention to the details, and even brought our trash cans up from the road one of the days they were here :) After thousands and thousands of screws were taken out, we didn’t find a single screw left on the ground, which really shows how careful they were. Would definitely recommend True Roofers, especially if you get Chris and Gavin on your job.

We apologize about the miscommunication. After our conversation and shedding some light on the project you seemed satisfied and said this review was done out of uninformed frustration. Hopefully you make good on that promise but if not we are still sorry it didn’t work out.

We thought we had a leaky roof but in fact it turns out to be an a/c problem. GAVIN came out (on time) and assessed the problem no charge. He was HONEST and probably could have sold us a job we didn't need. Recommend!
