  Sir, please call my office. 863-293-3696 I know exactly what you are referring to. We have pictures of the tire in question, and it was determined that it was a KEY that punctured the tire. Our crews take great care to manage a clean jobsite. During the course of every project, and at the end of every project, our team takes great care to roll magnets all around to pick up any screws or nails that may have rolled or blown off the roof. I personally visited that jobsite to deliver something to the crew leader, I saw two guys running the magnets and personally saw how clean the jobsite was. Your receipt, and pictures of the tire, and our pictures of the tire have been reviewed carefully and it is definitely a key in the tire. A key could have been picked up anywhere, and it was the opinion of the property manager that your wife was trying to take advantage of the situation since coincidentally we happened to be working at your condominium complex. Anyone who is interested can request pictures of the jobsite and tire in question. Have a blessed day!

  I am appalled that a “Professional Company” would accuse and state on a review that a person is taking advantage of the situation. Do you think I wanted to have a flat tire and go through all the hardships of that? My vehicle was the only one parked right in front of the workers and YES there was debris all throughout the area. When I left for work (approximately mid day) the workers were hanging out under a tree taking their break and there were used shingles throughout the ground along with other items. You were not there on the first day of the job when the incident happened. You took your own photo the day after when I had it towed. They had already finished the first building that they had done the day before. My pictures will have the date and time of the incident. There is NO PROOF whatsoever that it was a key. Many tools have openings similar to a key so you can not base your answer on the shape of the instrument that was lodged into the tire. Like my husband mentioned in his review to future clients, this review is to educate people and to check their cars if your company is servicing in their area.

  Ma'am, our guys do not use any tools that look like the object in your tire, and there is nothing on the roof, or coming off the roof that looks like that. You may have picked that up in your tire anywhere and it took sitting over night, or driving further on it for the tire to become flat. I'm sure that if you took it to a tire shop, that they removed the item from the tire. Please show it to us, if it is indeed a roofing tool or debris from a roof we can discuss this further. The pictures that we have, the tire is still on your vehicle & the part that is exposed resembles the back of a key, and resembles nothing that our guys have on the trucks or roof.   So we needed a new roof and decided to go w this company. First the time line they gave us was off by like a month but we understood because it was after the hurricane so that was pretty much out of everyone’s control. When it came to the job it was quick I did find trash and nails all thru my yard but that can be cleaned. Upon inspection there was tar drips all over my roof shingles and some tar on the side of the house. We brought up the tar on the side of the house and they said they would compensate us w 5 gals of paint for our upcoming project. Ok we agreed that would be reasonable. we have been trying to get in touch. W Dylan for over a month now and keep being blown off.he actually confirmed that he would drop off the paint or money for the paint last Monday after weeks of not replying but we were blown off yet again. This roof costed us over 25k. We paid on time no problems on our end so I don’t understand why be so unprofessional. If any one would like photos of the tar drips all over my roof I will gladly Supply theme

  I was referred this company to do a roof repair. I did not get a price before work was done which is my fault. They were booked out for a long time out but said a job cancelled and they could come that day to look at and do work. We had the same exact roof repair done for $650 with materials in that neighborhood. The head guy came by and went over work with two guys then left. He was very nice. They used no material and were there for less than three hours. I was sent a bill for $1350. I made many calls and left messages about bill. Only once did I reach someone. She said she would call me back and that never happened. I would give a one star review but the work they did was good...just not $1350 good.

  We had an excellent experience with Central Florida Roofing and would highly recommend them. They replaced the flat roof on our historic commercial building last year, and we were very pleased with the quality of the work from start to finish. The job was done professionally, and they did an excellent job cleaning up the property when the project was completed. What has impressed us even more, though, is their service after the installation. Since the roof was replaced, we have called them a couple of times when we discovered water coming into the building and naturally assumed we had a roof leak. Each time, Central Florida Roofing responded and took the time to thoroughly investigate the source of the problem. In both cases, the water intrusion turned out to be completely unrelated to the roof they installed. Despite that, they didn't simply tell us it wasn't their responsibility and leave. They isolated the actual sources of the leaks and corrected the problems for us, even though neither issue was caused by their roofing work. A huge thank you to Lenny and his team for being so responsive, thorough, and great about communicating throughout the process. Their willingness to keep investigating until the actual problem was identified—and then help correct it—really says a lot about the kind of company they are. That level of customer service and willingness to stand behind a customer after the original job is completed is increasingly hard to find. Based on both the quality of their roofing work and the service we have received afterward, **Central Florida Roofing has earned our complete confidence. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.**

  Central Florida Roofing did a great job on our re-roof job. They were honest and professional and discovered our house needed 75 sheets of new plywood which our insurance company said there was nothing wrong with our roof. BOY were they wrong. Thanks to this Company we are now ready for hurricane season without the fear of losing our roof. Highly recommend them.

  My experience with CFR goes back almost 30 years. CFR actually put the roof on a commercial project my company was building as their very first job as a roofing contractor. Since that time CFR has never disappointed my firm or any of our customers (both residential or commercial). This last project was for the church my family has attended for the past 34 years and was one of four companies considered by the church leadership and consequently selected for the work. They did not disappoint...punctual, well staffed, considerate of their surroundings and cleaned up all of the affected work areas. I'm retired now, but would certainly use again without hesitation!!
