Bought a new home and they used Trudel for their siding. They failed to cut a hole for our dryer vent causing months of blowing hot air into our walls creating mold in the walls. Left another vent hole wide open with no cover and took 5 months after reporting it for them to come and rectify the situation.

Trudel & Sons installed the roof for the entire project on my street. The houses are about 2 years old. By this time almost all neighbors i talked to are reporting leaking roof issues. Now its my turn as my roof is leaking after …

Two years ago we hired Trudel do a complete refit with eaves, facia & soffit. This was a bad decision. Immediately the eaves leaked. They were sloped incorrectly & the wrong size troughs were installed. I've repeatedly tried having this addressed & nothing has been resolved. Incompentcey abounds with this company & service is an alien conception. Be forewarned, nightmares will persist long after Trudel has taken their wrecking ball to your house. Mark

Their service manager is rude, unprofessional and most importantly a horrible person who screams at people and treat them as if they were children with no voice. Customer service died with this company. I left a message for Rick Trudel, the …

Don’t get your roof done from them, they only hire migrants and illegals

I called this company at end of October to get a roof inspection appointment. They gave me an appointment early November. They made me leave a credit card number just to book an appointment which I thought was strange. We were waiting for them to come the day of the inspection and they called to say their worker was injured and couldn’t come. They said they would call to reschedule. I said ok and waited a few days but nothing. I called several times, left messages, but I never heard back. It is now almost December and no contact. We are very disappointed in this company.

Lack of professionalism; completely rude and blatant disregard for others. Do not recommend.

Shout out to them helping out. The repair person/installer went out of his way and not only fixed the roof but also fixed someone else’s mistake/laziness. He could have easily gone the “not my problem” route but he chose to be professional, courteous, and ethical and looked after the job.

Whoever is driving the company truck nearly rear-ended us. Can’t imagine they’d be conscientious in their work if they’re that aggressive on the road. Cheers

If you need roofing services this is the company. John Dobney assessed what was required, offered great option for me to select. Was there when the roofing team arrived and they did an outstanding job. The roof was a big job but they did an amazing job. I also have to mention Barb Smith in the office who was great to deal with. I highly recommend Trudel and Son

We needed work done on our balcony after the plywood underneath the membrane rotted from a leak. We were so lucky to have Kyle and Mark working on our house. Kyle takes enormous pride in doing an excellent job. It was as if he were working on his own home. He answered all of our questions while reassuring us that the balcony would be sealed tight when he was done. Due to scheduling and coordinating with workers from another company replacing the wood, Kyle and Mark had to tag team and come back on multiple days. Mark was great about communicating with us throughout the process, picking up where Kyle left off, and delivering excellent customer service. Thank you, Trudel & Sons team!

They fixed my missing shingle issue at a fee and speed that was more than fair, and their communication and customer service was much better than I got from the competition.

Trudel and Sons Roofing recently replaced the shingles on our roof and we are very happy with the finished project. It was a pleasant experience starting with John providing an estimate and answering any questions we had, to the installation crew. Darryl and his team provided an excellent quality of workmanship and were very professional and courteous. They ensured the gardens and surrounding areas were protected and the clean-up of the old shingles, nails, and any other debris was exceptional. I highly recommend Trudel and Sons Roofing to anyone with a roofing project. Good job guys!

This company was contractor for our builder, we bought a house from. After a little more than two years we have a problem with our roof, causing water penetration. I have tied to contact the company. May 2019 left a message - no response, no call back. June 2019 - ask reception for manager or owner to give me a call - no response, no call back. Story to be continued :(
