Installed new asphalt/fibreglass shingle roof in 2021. Good work but one vent not installed. They committed to install the new vent in 2022. Have not done the work and fail to return numerous messages (voice and email). Poor customer service.

Real Seal did a great professional job at replacing my roof with steel shingles. The service was very good, the workers were very polite and I could see they took pride at doing their jobs efficiently. I will definitely recommend Real Seal to anyone looking to replace their roofs. I definitely give them a thumbs up.
