  Salesman put the ladder on the side of my home and broke off shingles. Found freshly broken pieces of shingles on the sidewalk. Called to have them take care of and now they are claiming they are not responsible. That the latter was put further down the side. So they're saying the salesman could not have moved the ladder after they realized that they damaged? There was no one else that put a ladder on the side of the property. Two other roofers told me to avoid breaking shingles the ladder should have been put up against a gutter. Is it just a coincidence that the broken off Shingle pieces were found days later on my sidewalk? Not honest and or professional. I will take as far as I can to avoid this happening to someone else.

  Joshua and Bradley provided excellent advice and gave a very reasonable quote for a roofmaxx service. They are both polite, personable and realistic. It was nice to work with professionals who are not aggressive and are willing to discuss things like you would with a friend. I appreciate their help and insight into our specific situation.

  Triple R Roofing did a fantastic job. Their pricing was fair, and they gave me multiple options with absolutely no sales pressure. The crew arrived on time, kept to the schedule, and listened attentively whenever I had questions. When the job was done, they cleaned up every last bit of debris.   After noticing wind damage on our 20+ year-old roof, we contacted Triple R for a repair estimate, knowing there was a good chance a full replacement would be needed. A few days later, Josh came out and performed an extremely thorough inspection. He clearly demonstrated the condition of our roof using photos, videos, and detailed explanations of the roof's construction and common failure points. His expertise and willingness to educate us throughout the process made it much easier to understand our options. Josh was accommodating and professional from start to finish. Rather than pushing us toward a replacement, he presented several options, including repair solutions that could have extended the life of our existing roof. While we ultimately chose a full replacement, we appreciated that Triple R took the time to explain the value of each option and allowed us to make an informed decision without any pressure. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Triple R to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused roofing contractor.

  Guys came out and did a complete roof replacement along with all new drip edge. Phil and Doug kept in touch throughout the entire process. Very reasonable price with top quality work. The crew was here and gone all in one day. New roof looks great!

  Triple R put Roof Maxx on our aging roof to hold us off of getting a new roof for a few years. They could have just sold us a new roof at that time, but they felt we could get a little more time out of it. When it was time to get a new roof and gutters, we called them. We felt the price was fair and they were very easy and professional to work with. The roof was finished in a day and the gutters were done a couple days later. Everything looks great and they took great care to clean up like nothing ever happened.
