  Received a quote but when I asked for photos to support my trashed vent boots and missing shingles he ghosted me. Subsequently another roofer sent pictures from townhouse roof and the boots are in great shape and there are no missing shingles.

  If I could give no stars I would ! I’ll start by saying they were prompt on coming out within 24 hours . The sales rep Kourtney was polite and went into the attic to see what the issue was . (We had already had an idea as we have been up there ). She didn’t want to get on the roof as it was “too steep.” She was to come back the following day with someone else to see what they thought should be done. She was to call next morning to give an estimate time . The following day came and went, then around 2 pm I got a phone call that her son was sick (no problem but communication is the key ESPECIALLY when you’re running a company ). Another gentleman was to let her know if he was able to come out later this afternoon or first thing tomorrow and needless to say I NEVER heard back .

  They did our roof in 2018, we were on vacation while they did our roof, so we have no idea if they flashed under the siding or what material was actually used. I called them back out months ago due to intense dripping sounds coming in from our master bathroom, our roof is right above it. They told us it was out front foyer window that’s leaking (it is not) water is coming in from our ridge line down to the front valley, and is now getting into our home dining room area (surprise dining room is right below master bath, which has a huge crack in the ceiling from the attic now) We had a huge water stain on our dining room chair when they were here telling us that our roof isn’t leaking. I can definitely say that yes it is our roof, our ceiling in a different area is cracking now. Shingles are lifting under our front window, the top ridge line has shifted completely over to the right. In 2018, when they installed our roof they used my husband as a reference for anyone getting a roof from them, we must have recieved at least 15calls and we always gave a positive review. Which is WHY I am leaving THIS review, The workmanship warranty is only good for 10years. Just beware if you run into the same problems we are, if they come out and you have water stains and you know it’s the roof, hopefully they won’t tell you it’s something different and then sell you insulation instead. They told me to “record the dripping noise next time it rains”. I am beyond disappointed in this company, you used us to grow your business we spoke to other home owners for you and now we are left with a leaking roof. If you value your workmanship warranty do the right thing.

  At first I had a good impression about this roofing company, I called them because they are here in Hanover and they have a lot of good reviews which now I question whether most of them are fake or real. Anyways, I called to make an appointment and they showed up on Friday October 31st. They inspected the interior of my house. They told me they couldn't inspect my roof because they didn't have a bigger ladder so they would take pictures with a drone. They never showed me any report made with the drone inspection. They said they will come back with a bigger ladder. I told them my concern to get an emergency repair since I have a leak in the bathroom. They told me not to worry about it since the weather will look good for the next few days. That was the last time I saw them. No phone calls, no follow up, nada! it rained again yesterday and it started leaking from the ceiling again. If they would've told me on the spot they were not interested in working with me I would have looked for another roofing company right away and I wouldn'tbe here writing this review, but I made a mistake of trusting them and waiting for them to come back. That was my experience with this company called Bealing roofing and exteriors.

  My interaction with Bealing Roofing & Exteriors was a very stressful, and unpleasant experience. My free inspection was set up for May 14th 2025. A gentleman came out and looked at my chimney and the flashing/gutters and down spouts. We sat down, and drew up the contract for what was to be done and when the whole project was to be done by. Crossed the T's and dotted the I's. Contractually bond to the work being done in the coming week(s). Was given a two (2) day deadline to cancel services if i chose to not go through with the project. The Sales Consultant that came to my house for the free roof inspection told me that the project manager would be in contact with me either Monday (May 19th) or Tuesday (May 20th) about the steps moving forward with my home project. I had no contact from anyone from Bealing Roofing until 7:25pm on Memorial Day (May 26th.) That's eight (8) business days without any kind of follow up, plan to get the project started, or a "keep me in the loop". 8 days of silence from them. The lady that called me said that they'll have people out at my house to replace the gutters the following day. Tuesday (May 27th). That Tuesday, they showed up, did the gutter replacement, and went on their way. I wasn't texted/called to say "We have workers at your house replacing the gutters, they'll be done today by X:XXpm." I showed up to my house with all the gutters installed and relaced. Which is nice, but no information about them being on the property just to inform me they'll be on-site. Might be looking into it too much, but still. Also, that Tuesday (May 27th) I got a call from the project manager, i assume, stating that it isn't my existing flashing that's failing. My chimney itself is what's the problem. Contract was broken at that point; we never re-signed updated paperwork, i had to pay the added costs of getting a chimney cap and they repointing my chimney. Not sure if that's something that could be found during the free inspection conducted, but it

  Made an appointment. Didn't show. I called them. They stated they never made the appointment. I told him the conversation verbatim he said it was the other guy who must've made it. Not very professional

  Parker, the sales representative, came to our home and was very personable and professional. He has extensive knowledge and answered many questions that we posed. The roofing crew was great-the job was well-done and they cleaned up very well afterwards. The new roof looks great and I would recommend Bealing to anyone.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Bealing Roofing. Tyler was exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of roofing and products. He patiently explained the process of repairing the roof versus replacing the roof. And I am very thankful for the job that they did, they replaced my roof in less than 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend their company to all.

  Bealing Roofing was wonderful to work with! We needed our roof replaced due to age of the shingles that were on it. We had a few different quotes from various companies and Bealing Roofing was comparable to everyone else. It was easy to set up an estimate and the estimator was extremely knowledgeable about what our roof with an odd roofline would require. That was what made us choose Bealing over the other companies. No one else had said special considerations were needed because of our roofline; and Bealing immediately identified it and told us exactly what it needed. It only took 1 day for the entire roof to be replaced, and to my pleasant surprise replaced some siding pieces that had been cut too short from prior contractors. The pieces that were replaced were a perfect match and I cannot tell they were replaced. Excellent service. There was no garbage or extras left on the lawn. They were diligent about going over the yard with a magnet various times. This was a big deal to us due to having pets and kids. We felt assured that there were no nails in the yard. After installation, Bealing has come around to check if we were happy with the service and if we had any concerns. I would highly recommend Bealing Roofing!

  The Bealing Company replaced my roof last year. Their work and responsiveness exceeded my expectations. They recently replaced windows and siding at my home. The projects were conducted with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. They achieved a high level of trust which is difficult to earn. I especially appreciate their follow-up after job completion to assure client satisfaction. Outstanding! Following up at six years, I’ve had follow up inspections which were performed expeditiously and without hesitation. The installation was found to be intact and without direct roofing issues after their review. I appreciate the Bealing’s response.
