  If you have a bigger roofing job that requires some tlc maybe needs some new sheating do not waste ur time calling trinity they will not give u an estimate but simply turn it down and make some sort of excuse.and they will take forever to give u an estimate

  Hello Tom. Per our conversation this is one of the more frustrating reviews we have received. After inspecting your project, and seeing the dilapidated condition of the roof (the barn floor had somebody fall through it recently) and seeing that the structure of the roof is being held up by tree branches, we deemed your project unsafe. As you had an insurance claim we advised you, as we always do in these situations, to bring a structural engineer out to the building and have them assess and design a safe plan for restoring the structural integrity of your barn. We are not engineers and are absolutely unqualified and not licensed to determine the safety of structures. We also advised you that your insurance company would pay for all of this to be assessed and completed. We said once an engineer designed a plan we could help you carry it out. For us to say we can fix this issue (acting as structural engineers) violates our licensing parameters and puts our Contractor’s license at risk. You kept insisting we give you a bid even in the light of this information. We have never in our 27-year history of roofing been asked to put the safety of our team at risk in this way. Even during our phone call, it was apparent that the safety of our team was of no concern to you and you wanted us to just figure out some way to get shingles on the barn, code compliant or not, safe or not. In the end it was our decision not to work with you as we determined there was not going to be a positive outcome. Please consider others in your future dealings with companies as we are humans, with families, and safety is more important than a paycheck.

  Blake and his crew were fantastic. They fixed my roof, pulled a cat out of a tree and cleaned up every bit of debris from the job. Blake was honest in his pricing, punctual on his appointments and delivered on his word.

  I called them to do my dad’s roof as they had did my roof a year ago. They are terrific! From start to finish. Working with Jake could not have went better. Best customer service I’ve had in a long long time.

  Jake and his team did a great job troubleshooting and fixing our roof leak. It was a challenging job with multiple roof pitches and a custom stone chimney that needed to be re-flashed. Final product looks great. Would highly recommend this company.
