  These guys are doing a replacement roof and solar on my next door neighbor’s house. They have been stepping on my plants despite repeated discussions and then essentially tolk me to piss off. They also left all kinds of debris in my back yard, a fair distance from the neighbor’s roof. I would never use these guys.

  My interaction with this company started out well with the visit from the estimater. Took several calls to get the quote. Then two canceled appointments due to "worker injury". Never was contacted again. Turns out this was a good thing because the builder will do repairs under warranty.

  If you looking for a roofing company TC i roof is not the one to go whit..The empyees as well as a receptionist are rude people.. I urge you and plead with you do not go with this company they are NOT PROFESSIONAL thank you

  Sorry to hear your 19 year old roof (now 23 in 2020) didn't perform to your expectations! Most of our new roofs only carry a 10 year warranty. There are a lot of things that happen to a roof in 15+ years. Hopefully you were able to resolve this issue back then. We are certainly improving our service EVERY SINGLE DAY. So if you have any roofing needs in the future, please reconsider. Thanks for you honest review!

  Excellent evaluation of the condition of my roof and needed repairs. Received detailed photos before and after repair. Everything was carefully explained before we received the quote. Very good customer service from the office staff. A+

  Professional, Polite. Respectful to your home. Quality work! Very hard workers. You can tell this Co., the Foreman and his crew are like family. The crew respect him! Oftentimes, you find the crew work “differently” when the boss is not around. Not with Town & Country. They worked the same regardless. If the foreman was on another job and coming later, if he sent his crew ahead, it’s like he’s there! He was in constant communication w the guys. I was so nervous to start such a big and expensive project in the middle of a pandemic and Covid. I felt, The Foreman and his crew really cared about our home..bringing “legitimate” issues to our attention that needed to be addressed. Not manufactured issues to get more money out of us. Sometimes who you hire to work on your home , sometimes reflects on you. I was PROUD to see them pull up, with clean, presentable trucks w the Company Logo. It reinforces the quality work, with a quality Company. Oh and lastly...the crew and Foreman had no problem working and consulting with a woman! Very important to me, since i’ve had some bad experiences in the construction industry. They took their time and did quality work. Highly recommended!

  Good, honest service. They diagnosed the problem, and explained the issue so I could understand the cause and their solution. The work was done quickly and with zero impact to my busy day.

  I just had them put a roof on my new garage but they had to come back because they didn't account for broken tiles in shipment and had to order more. Roof looks great though.
